I am the owner of a Natural Foods retail store. We sell a full line of naturally grown produce and plant based food ingredients, natural vitamins, minerals, and other health supplements as well as health and beauty products composed of natural, organic and non-synthetic ingredients.

We were looking for someone to develop and manage our social media presence and advertising across the board.

This vendor is a customer and a friend.

I talked to the owner to get ideas and soon realized that I did not have the time or expertise to but my business on social media in an efficient and effective way, so I contracted with him to do it for us.

We worked directly with the owner and his wife. Later, as his business grew, we interacted with his hired assistant.

Our social media presence rose from practically zero ( I did have a website that had a few hits) to around 250

Good. We tell them what we have going and it gets out there almost immediately

We don't have any experience with any other companies, but I can say that this company is responsive and seems to get the job done.
