Objectives;
Develop a landing page aligned with our company website’s styling.
Redesign the existing Page and its corresponding pop-up menus.

Design additional pages and user controls as part of the application.
Package the design components into a reusable NuGet package (or equivalent) to ensure styling consistency across other teams and projects.

MagnusMinds was invited to participate in delivering our next generation of Analytics and Data-warehouse.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had 3 vendors who were shortlisted and based on there knowledge and experience they bring to the table they were shortlisted and selected.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

This was a multi stage project and involved a lot of infrastructure and Architecture changes. First part was understanding the data and then planning a ELT path to get the data in DW Project was executed in multiple stages and we keep building more and more stats in DW over the period of time and keep optimizing the response times with their team of experts.

We had a group of 4 Engineers

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build a robust near real-time analytics solution for all our clients in record time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Microsoft teams and Jira to work with their team and it is a very process driven daily workflow that we follow

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team comes with vast past experience in Angular, C#, and SQL servers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I like working with the team and given proper time and workflows we are able to achieve our goals.
