What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a new store that works well with integrations. Being on the Shopify platform allows us to take advantage of new AI advertising with a click of a mouse. On Magento, it would be an entire project lasting months, which is a huge plus. Customers can now easily reorder, and the processing on the backend has decreased errors and opened up time for our employees.

How did Magnetic North perform from a project management standpoint?

Magnetic North’s project management was great. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their communication, expertise, and openness to ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would have liked to have a bit more training on how Shopify worked before taking the site live.

• Web Experience: They have ensured consistent, high-quality web design across all product and service pages and optimized the navigation structure to support our SEO strategy.
• Content and Visibility: They conducted extensive content rewrites across our site to improve SEO and overall increase visibility. They did ongoing keyword analysis to track our ranking performance for relevant terms. 
• CPC Management: They successfully re-launched and actively manage our Google Ads campaigns. This includes redesigning graphics, A/B testing, and closely monitoring strategy and spend to maintain optimal ROI. 
• HubSpot Data and Operations: Provide critical support to HubSpot with the creation of new reports and automated workflows.

The redesign of our website not only showcases our product and expertise but also provides a user-friendly experience for all! 

Their attention to detail for our paid search campaigns is very appreciative. They're aware of new settings, areas that could be optimized, and ways to make better use of our campaign dollars.

Their project management and responsiveness is excellent. They are highly reliable and deliver items on time. Whenever we had a question or needed to pivot, their team was exceptionally responsive, making sure our requests were handled fast and all projects stayed focused.

What really sets MagNorth apart is their work ethic and passion. Their team has taken the proper time to understand our company's product, goals, and target market to fully understand our big picture and work together to achieve our goals. Their deep knowledge in all areas of marketing allow us to execute in all areas, vs focusing on just one with a small team.

Plus, their ability to get ahead of GEO during times of marketing uncertainty is really impressive and appreciated by our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Magnetic North could have done differently?

Not many improvements come to mind, however, possibly defining clear, numerical KPIs during annual planning or each big project to ensure we both have accurate targets and can determine if it's on or off track to follow EOS :)
