Macromodule Technologies helped us fully revamp our website, TajirTechHub, by consolidating two separate platforms into a unified, scalable, and modern site. They delivered a custom-built web platform using Next.js and a headless CMS, integrated our existing user account and investment dashboard, and implemented secure wallet functionality (Phantom Wallet with Solana adapter). Their scope included UI/UX design in Figma, responsive front-end development, backend API integration, SSO setup, admin panel creation for content management, and full deployment to a live environment. The project was delivered in two milestones, including post-launch support, and everything was completed according to plan.

I found their SOPs were very well defined and their approach towards taking up what's required is very professional. They use proper tools for communications and project management. Regular weekly update meetings defining the progress and discussions over any required changes was very helpful. I am very impressed with the quality of work they have delivered on time. They know what they are doing and how to do it effeciently.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Macromodule Technologies could have done differently?

I don't think there is something I may mention here specifically as it was a great experience overall. I was lacking understanding the technical scope of work which they made me understand later gradually. If i had that knowledge earlier the whole project could have been delivered more efficiently and quickly as the time it took me to understand things in discussions could have been minimised.

What was the scope of work done?

Macromodule Technologies LLC was responsible for the full-cycle development of the “Chegou Sua Encomenda” system, which was delivered on our systems website. The scope of work covered the end-to-end design, engineering, and deployment of a web-based solution tailored to streamline the management of package deliveries in residential condominiums. The project was built with a strong focus on user experience, automation, and data privacy compliance. 

The main deliverables included the following:

Custom Web Application:

A responsive, secure, and scalable web platform for condominium administrators and doormen to register, notify, and track package deliveries.

User Access Control:

Two levels of system access were implemented: one for administrators (full control) and one for reception/concierge staff (restricted to package intake and notifications).

Automated WhatsApp Notification System:

Integration with WhatsApp APIs to send real-time delivery notifications to residents, significantly improving communication efficiency.

Recipient Import & Management Module:

Tools for importing recipient data (e.g., via CSV), organizing lists by unit, and managing contact details in compliance with LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law).

Logging & Audit Features:

Tracking of all package entries and notification statuses, enabling clear and auditable delivery history.

Privacy-First Architecture:

Special attention to protecting residents’ personal data, including data segregation and minimization strategies within the system.

Branding & Front-End Experience:

A clean and friendly interface designed to match the brand and ensure ease of use across varying levels of tech-savviness.

Macromodule Technologies LLC also supported the deployment, configuration, and onboarding of early condominium clients, ensuring a seamless rollout.

We agreed on the milestones at the beginning of the project, but there weren’t any countable metrics. The users loved the platform and really appreciated the sharp, clean design and intuitive interface.

Setup of GitHub repository, project scope documentation, and initial design mockups. Included account creation features and a basic landing page.

Milestone 2 – Core Functionality Implementation

At first, they resisted a little because it would increase their costs, but as I insisted, they helped me and understood when the change was vital.
