We broke the projcet up into a series of phases.  Key deliverable were: 1) user login screen using OAuth; 2) general overview screen with filters and 5-6 interactive graphic features; 3) more detailed overview screen with similar filters and interactives graphic features; and 4) joining another dataset comprising >9M names/addresses/

We had phases with milestones in them.   So, we were able to use the website and see if the features were working as intended.

In any larger projest like ours, there is an initial learning period where each side begins to understand the project and how to work together.  After this initial period, they have always delievered on time and within budget.  They have been very responsive to our needs and quickly reacted when we saw problems.  Biggest thing is that they take a long term view of developing a relationship and a great product.

The most impressive thing was their responsiveness to problems.  They saw something wasn't working and brought in another person to fix that promptly.  They are in Pakistan but prefer to have meetings based on US time.  Thus, it makes working with them just as convenient as if they were in the US (where we are).

Nothing realy comes to mind.  Both sides in our project are flexible.  When a problem arises, Macromodule can change its approach to address an issue.

Project management was structured and communicative overall. While we did experience some delays during the initial phases of the project, these were addressed decisively once identified.

Usman, the CEO, took direct ownership of the situation, made changes to the team and project management setup, and realigned the workflow. After this intervention, delivery cadence improved significantly and communication became clearer and more proactive.

To compensate for the delays, Macromodule went beyond the original scope and delivered an upgraded version of the app design, adding clear value to the final outcome.

What impressed us most was the combination of strong technical expertise with a genuine sense of partnership. We never felt like just another project on their agenda; the team made a real effort to understand our goals and treat the product as if it were their own.

Communication with the second project manager, the Head of Technology, and the CEO was consistently clear, direct, and proactive. Their accessibility and willingness to stay closely involved set them apart and made collaboration both efficient and reassuring.

The main area for improvement relates to the initial phase of the project, where some issues led to delays. In hindsight, we would have preferred to start the collaboration with the structure, team setup, and level of oversight that were put in place after Usman stepped in and made the turnaround.

Once those changes were implemented, execution and communication improved noticeably. Starting with that level of alignment from day one would have made the overall process smoother.

They delivered a custom-built web platform using Next.js and a headless CMS, integrated our existing user account and investment dashboard, and implemented secure wallet functionality (Phantom Wallet with Solana adapter). Their scope included UI/UX design in Figma, responsive front-end development, backend API integration, SSO setup, admin panel creation for content management, and full deployment to a live environment. The project was delivered in two milestones, including post-launch support, and everything was completed according to plan.

I don't think there is something I may mention here specifically as it was a great experience overall. I was lacking understanding the technical scope of work which they made me understand later gradually. If i had that knowledge earlier the whole project could have been delivered more efficiently and quickly as the time it took me to understand things in discussions could have been minimised.

Macromodule Technologies LLC was responsible for the full-cycle development of the “Chegou Sua Encomenda” system, which was delivered on our systems website. The scope of work covered the end-to-end design, engineering, and deployment of a web-based solution tailored to streamline the management of package deliveries in residential condominiums. The project was built with a strong focus on user experience, automation, and data privacy compliance. 

The main deliverables included the following:

Custom Web Application:

A responsive, secure, and scalable web platform for condominium administrators and doormen to register, notify, and track package deliveries.

User Access Control:

Two levels of system access were implemented: one for administrators (full control) and one for reception/concierge staff (restricted to package intake and notifications).

Automated WhatsApp Notification System:

Integration with WhatsApp APIs to send real-time delivery notifications to residents, significantly improving communication efficiency.
