Context
JIRA has gone very expansive, it’s a third-party tool that hinder Guard9s adoption, and it lacks some interaction capabilities.

Building an IT Service Management (ITSM) system with a low-code platform could be an efficient way to create a customized solution tailored to Five9s' specific needs. 

Tasks
Here are the steps we can follow to build an ITSM system using a low-code platform.

Define Requirements
Please find in appendices the detailed requirements for the system.

Choose a Low-Code Platform: 
o   After looking into a LOT of ITSM (Zendesk, TheHive, OTRS, Spiceworks…) and several low-code platforms (Bubble, OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, and many others), we’ve evaluated their features, pricing, and ease of use to make an informed decision, and took the decision to use https://github.com/lowdefy/lowdefy-example-case-management

o   The Contractor MIGHT find it easier to implement our need natively with Next.js, BUT that NEEDS to be duly motivated and NOT increase the amount of work need globally

Design the Data Model.
Create a data model to represent the various entities, such as incidents, assets, users, and configurations. Define the relationships between these entities:

o   Once the commercial proposal accepted, a MongoDB (on Atlas) collection structure will be described, and an administrator access to our Atlas project provided

o   To grab a decent comparison base, an access to JIRA Service Management would also be provided

Build the User Interface

Use the low-code platform's visual interface to design the user interface for your ITSM system. Create forms, dashboards, and other elements that allow users to interact with the system.

The data is then analyzed through advanced algorithms and machine learning models to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. This analysis is updated regularly to ensure real-time accuracy and relevancy for users. Finally, Niche Data validates the information using the Google Address Validation API, and once approved, presents it in an easily accessible format for clients to utilize effectively.
