Their team maintains the backend of our Wordpress site and ensures everything runs smoothly and that all plug-in stay updated. They also create any new design or UI developments that we needed added to the website throughout the year. This includes including creating a newsletter sign-up popup, landing page for email sign-up, design fixes, debugging, jet engine listing update, etc.

We work directly with an account manager, but there are a few developers behind the scenes!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since I am a one-person Comms and Marketing team, I have the burden of website maintenance lifted off of my shoulders. I can rest well knowing our website is well-managed and up-to-date, and if anything goes around, Lytbox is an email away. They usually respond and fix any random design issues or requests within 24-48 hours.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's easy to communicate with our account manager. We either communicate over Zoom or via email and they are usually very responsive and agile.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer high-level support for an affordable price and our account manager is extremely responsive and personable!

We found Lytbox by way of their Youtube channel where Jeffrey shared some very valuable knowledge regarding the page-building solution that we were already working on. We used some of those tips first, then decided to hire him and his team.

We did a few discovery meetings deciding on the scope of the project, Lytbox did their due diligence and presented the scope of the project and the price. We divided the project into design and development.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time and in a way that left us satisfied. All of the items on the scope of the project were achieved.

Both Jeffrey and Stefano were easy to reach, to communicate with and attentive to the project getting finished on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to present a design that refreshed our brand image and then developed said design without major problems. They were also successful in transforming a tricky component of our site into one that works a lot better for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project started off a little bit slow, but the delay was made up later on and the scope was still finished well in advance.

We worked with the company's leader, his brand designer and copywriter. We also engaged a professional photographer who engaged in discussions with the company and received feedback on what was needed for the web site.

The website was timely delivered so we could launch the business. The feedback from clients, perspective clients and lawyers with whom we are affiliated has been consistently positive.

The process was highly interactive and iterative, with discussions through video conferencing, calls, e mails and exchange of draft language.

Leadership of the companies would discuss status against expectations and adjusted same when required or appropriate ensuring everyone remained on the same page in terms of deliverables and timing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They shared the vision of building a market disruptive lifestyle brand within the legal services space and were effective advocates of choices that would differentiate the brand and company in a crowded market.

Once the brand foundation was laid, they remained true to the brand in further work and throughout the website leading to consistency in the the brand messaging and design so important for a company entering the market in a new way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps a bit more discussion about technical choices on the interface with prospective clients, but this is an ongoing and continuous improvement process that is working.

We don't have any web developers on our team. As a marketing organization we have objectives for the website as a tool or a channel, but don't know how to navigate options on the technical side or design side. Lytbox offered a fantastic combination of a) Experienced views on website functions and design b) An understanding of the pros and cons of different options (e.g. Shopify vs. Wordpress) and c) multi-lingual team that made me confident they would deliver for our business.

The project has just recently been completed, on time and with good results. Our team is taking over the reins and continuing to receive support from Lytbox on its functionality and to close off remaining minor issues

Extremely professional on the deliverables - i.e. on time, consistency, and high-quality. In terms of the human side, I think Lytbox has an exceptionally commmited team. Throughout, I felt that I was being spoken to as a partner, not a vendor, that their team was proud of the work (and therefore set a high standard) and that they were always ready to listen and respond to our business needs.

I think they offer a very special combination of broad technical skills, excellent design skills and a commitment to understanding and accomodating the business needs of the client.

I’m the founder of Clarity Thailand. We’re a mental health service provider based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We kickstarted the project through conversation and brainstorming. Lytbox built our website from the ground up.

We heard that they were great at what they did, so we took them on a project. We felt that they were the best people around, and we weren’t disappointed.

We started working with them around December 2018, and the website was completed in March 2019. However, they still maintain our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Firstly, they built an amazing website in a short amount of time. Our customers always comment on how easy it’s to navigate the site and find what they’re looking for. Also, we’ve acquired almost 100% of our leads through the site, and they’ve taken an extra step to show me how to use the backend.

How did Lytbox perform from a project management standpoint?

I can be a difficult customer. I get ideas in my head, and I want to communicate them straight away. Lytbox is always available and willing to answer any questions I have. I contact Jeff regularly on the phone, and he never minds when I give him a call. For the day-to-day, we use email.

Moreover, as someone who has just started a business that I’m passionate about, it has been very important that they’re as emotionally and mentally invested in the project as I am. Working with Jeff and his team has been a great experience. They’ve exceeded my expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There’s a lot of competition in the web development industry. Still, Lytbox is unique because it’s evident from the beginning that everyone working for them is really passionate about their job.

Also, even if I don’t know the technical language, I can communicate with them in layman’s terms, and they deliver based on that. It’s nice to work with a contractor that can do what I ask for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think about anything off the top of my head. When I think about the project, I just remember it being a great experience.

Have a meeting with them and openly discuss your project. If you can share your passion, it’ll be reciprocated, and when people get passionate about something, they do their best work.

We have feedbacks back & forth. When the design finalise, they started to build the website using Wordpress+ Elementor + WooCommerce. They also help us optimise the website after it go live.

After launching the website for a month, our website ranked no.1 on Google search result for brand keywords. Website UIP increased by 200%. The sales is not meet our goal yet as we just launched the website 2-3 months ago.

We have a very good communnication with Lytbox. They are easy to reach and response fast. The project is a little bit slower than the timeline due to the developer sickness but it's still acceptable.

Instead of designing the website right away, Lytbox takes our customers insight and brand's requirements seriously.  We have a deep interview session with Lytbox to give them more details about our customers, our goal and our brand value. When Lytbox hands on the UI design, it's not only reflect what customers wants to see but also our brand characters.

Lytbox is very enthusiastic and always quickly respond to our requests. They're not only building the website but also giving suggestions on what content we should publish in order to improve user experience. I would recommend Lytbox to everyone who wants a beautiful website with a good UI/UX and also able to highlight brand's personality.

I wish they able to do some customise features that meet our requirements perfectly. Currently, it's still 80%.

As the website was started from scratch, there are no specific measures that could be used to compare this website version with a previous one. However, the website always worked well, never bugged and was always protected from hacking. Lytbox met expectations all the way.
