Lyra has developed our CMS and backend. The team has activated the technology stack and implemented and developed all necessary layers according to the product design in Figma. Lyra has adapted the Figma design to a pixel-perfect frontend layout for desktop and mobile. The team has also created a registration, login, and personal account for user authentication. Lyra has integrated a payment gateway and ensured the site's security. The team has designed and implemented the data model and backend and integrated it with a booking platform via API. Lyra has created a CMS for content and catalog management and optimized the site for SEO and migration. The team has also implemented search console, sitemap, and GA4. Lyra has conducted UI and functional testing and made optimization and final adjustments.

We successfully launched our website at the end of 2025 with 80% of our products published. The CMS, API connection, and checkout are all working properly, allowing us to receive purchases through the site. Overall, we are meeting our objectives and continue to improve the platform with ongoing upgrades.

Considering the complexity of the project and the unforeseen challenges we’ve encountered, most deliveries have been met on schedule. Lyra manages everything in a very organized manner and provides us with excellent service. We communicate via virtual meetings.
