Their deliverables were shockingly poor, and they started withdrawing their fees from day one without delivering any work. The company signs you up for a three-month contract, but the deliverables don’t come until months later. No changes were made even with feedback. The quality is so bad, it's jaw-dropping. Very very outdated marketing materials. By the time you realize their poor quality, you're already deep into their third payment. TOTAL WASTE  OF MONEY.

The work started with them creating a content calendar which was basically a backbone of our strategy. This calendar included a variety of content such as daily health tips tailored to common patient concerns, weekly patient success stories, and bi-weekly “Doctor’s Corner” posts where our physicians shared insights on trending health topics. They also introduced monthly infographics that covered essential health advice in a visually engaging way.

It’s also worth mentioning that the live Q&A sessions LYFE Marketing organized twice a month were really helpful. These sessions allowed patients to interact directly with our doctors, fostering a personal and supportive environment. Their team handled all the organizational stuff like selecting relevant topics, promoting the sessions and managing the live chats during them.  

Apart from the regular content they also ran several themed social media campaigns. For instance, during Heart Health Month, we saw a rise in engagement thanks to a series of posts focused on heart-healthy living. Similarly, during Mental Health Awareness Week, they created daily posts that encouraged open conversations about mental health, which really resonated with our audience.

They also introduced patient testimonial videos, which became a monthly highlight on our social media channels. These videos featured real patients sharing their positive experiences with our services, which built trust and credibility with our online community. Also they added interactive content such as weekly quizzes and polls, which quickly became popular among our followers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over six months, our Facebook followers grew from 5,000 to 14,500, and our Instagram following increased from 3,200 to 16,000. Engagement on our posts doubled if not tripled and our live Q&A sessions regularly attracted around 200 participants. In terms of reach, our social media posts saw a substantial increase, with some of our more successful posts reaching over 90,000 users, up from an average reach of 20,000 before.

Our conversion rate—measured by the number of patients who transitioned from social media interactions to booking appointments—increased from 2% to 8% during the course of the project.

The project management was pretty good and consistent. They delivered content on time and the communication was clear. We had regular update meetings every week and kept in touch on Telegram in between.

LYFE Marketing impressed us with their proactive approach. Their ability to adapt quickly to our needs, while maintaining clear and effective communication, was great.

While we were satisfied with LYFE Marketing services, one area for improvement could be diversity of content formats. While the current mix of posts is great, incorporating more video content with formats like Instagram Reels or TikTok-style clips might be the next move.
