The work started with them creating a content calendar which was basically a backbone of our strategy. This calendar included a variety of content such as daily health tips tailored to common patient concerns, weekly patient success stories, and bi-weekly “Doctor’s Corner” posts where our physicians shared insights on trending health topics. They also introduced monthly infographics that covered essential health advice in a visually engaging way.

It’s also worth mentioning that the live Q&A sessions LYFE Marketing organized twice a month were really helpful. These sessions allowed patients to interact directly with our doctors, fostering a personal and supportive environment. Their team handled all the organizational stuff like selecting relevant topics, promoting the sessions and managing the live chats during them.

Apart from the regular content they also ran several themed social media campaigns. For instance, during Heart Health Month, we saw a rise in engagement thanks to a series of posts focused on heart-healthy living. Similarly, during Mental Health Awareness Week, they created daily posts that encouraged open conversations about mental health, which really resonated with our audience.

They also introduced patient testimonial videos, which became a monthly highlight on our social media channels. Lyfe handled content creation, strategic planning, and ad managment. They aslo helped at all stages through put such as setting up pixels, googel ads and more.

Lucas, my project manager did a stellar job, he kept all teh plates spinning no matter what and went above and beyond for us through out. He has great people skills, organisation, discipline and empathy.

Lucas really helped us get through the marketing campiagn and was extremly flexible on revision to the content.

Lucas had great communication skills, with well laid out emails.

Really impressed by teh quality of project managment
