Their service was extraordinary. I can't remember a single thing I can complain about. They were highly professional, always on time, always ready to go the extra mile to get things done, the communication was extremely good and their team members were awesome as well.

We create an action plan as soon as they are hired for the job and share this with the client and once the client signs it off, they make sure it's executed in the best way possible.

I cant remember anything where they can improve. They are great already.

During the call they have explained the services that they offer and what should I expect from working with a property management company in general. I felt I had a good connection and I decided to go with them and sign their friendly property management agreement, they also had no commitment clause so it made me feel more comfortable to try them out.

They collect 10% of the gross income to manage my properties but if my properties are vacant or during a lookup for a tenant they do not charge any fee. If I don't collect rent for whatever reason they do not collect any fee which made me feel comfortable that our interests were aligned

We worked with our assigned property manager but the owners were always supervising all activities and were also reachable when necessary.

My properties are rented and my operating cost is much lower than if I would manage it myself.

It is very easy to communicate with them when needed. Most of the communications were done via email or what's app. In addition, they have an online app that has all the transaction information available at all times and all work order requests so I hardly need to call or email them.
