They took the time to understand our brand, goals, motivations, product(s) and users and ensure all these elements were considered in our designs. Throughout projects, they are highly communicative, recapping each step as it's completed and setting up expectations and needs for next steps.

LunarLab is disciplined about limiting scope creep, but also accommodating when unexpected new deliverables inevitably come into play. We appreciated LunarLab's balance of discipline and flexibility, which lent itself well our early-stage startup's dynamic.

Deliverables were always on-time or early. Any delays were always attributable to scope creep or some other change in requirements introduced by us, and LunarLab communicated upfront the changes in timelines that would arise as a result.

Through structured discovery sessions, we clarified the core value proposition and defined user personas, which helped us focus on the needs of donors and nonprofit partners more effectively.
LunarLab delivered detailed user flows and wireframes that outlined the entire donor experience, from discovering a need to making a contribution, which we used directly in stakeholder presentations and early fundraising conversations.
The clickable prototype created during the engagement became a central asset in our pitch materials. It allowed us to clearly demonstrate the product experience to partners, developers, and funders.
The design documentation and strategy output from the project gave our internal team clarity and a shared language to move into technical planning with confidence. This reduced analysis paralysis and internal debate.
