I am a project manager at a public relations and communications agency. We are a mission based marketing consulting form that work with government clients to run environmental and community based behavior change campaigns.

We hired Luminoustudios to develop 2 motion graphic videos as part of an anti-litter campaign for the County of Los Angeles.

The aim of this campaign was public education.

I was impressed with their portfolio of work as well as their professional approach in the pitch and cost estimate phase.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

We got one 30 second and one 90 second motion graphic video from Luminous. We sent script to them which they then developed storyboards and film edits from. They also created two cutdown 15 sec versions of these videos as well as spanish text versions of all four.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Revisions and scope indicated in contract and Timeline indicated over email. Luminoustudios was very clear and quick in all their communications and were very dependable in hitting all deadlines required.
