The project was the development of a website to sell services for WordPress website owners. The services were offered in "packages" for consumers. The vendor provided graphic elements, logo, website, payment gateway integration and testing across devices.

We are early in our project so we don't have established KPIs or metrics at this time but early feedback has been positive.

Project was coordinated by the lead, all work done by the devs was behind the scenes and went off without a hitch. They have always been accommodating of scope changes and happy to offer suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have done enough projects to know where to add additional value based on other work they have done. They decided it would be a good idea to animate our logo, it turned out nice but I would not have thought to do it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lujayn Infoways could have done differently?

There are times where a virtual meeting might have accelerated our work but it was not detrimental and i honestly didn't push for it as email was generally fine. WhatsApp was also used quite a bit for more real-time aspects of the project and that helped. An after action summary of the project for our records would have been helpful but again, I never asked for that.

The biggest measurable outcome was that we launched the website on budget and within the timeframe initially discussed. Previously we had worked with another developer and another web design agency, both of whom were unable to complete the project per the requirements of the client. Lujayn Infoways was our last effort and they not only understood what we were trying to accomplish, but they had the team to get it done!

Development stayed on track and they were clear about extra work that would need to be done based on new requirements and features that we wanted added to the website.
