The platform is a modular solution. The main modules are inquiries, sub-meeting offers, orders, service requests, contract management, electronic invoices, and electronic payments.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We judged LTX on the quality of the product and on their project management. Using these indicators, we were happy with their company.

What did you find most impressive about LTX Soft?

Their team has a lot of experience and they are well-organized.

Are there any areas LTX Soft could improve?

I would recommend that they find more IT resources. This would help them produce quicker results.

I am the owner of Markizeta. Our company deals with curtains, curtain rods, and everything about home décor.

What challenge were you trying to address with LTX Soft?

I was looking for a company that would be able to provide more details about e-commerce because I'm not really experienced in it. I was trying to find the best e-commerce solution that would fit my budget.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning, we had a few meetings about what I wanted to do, what I wanted to deliver to the customers, and what kind of functionality I wanted on the website. After a few meetings, we decided to go with WordPress. After collecting the requirements from my side, LTX started to develop the website from scratch. As expected, there were a lot of modifications made on the website. I know they were using Jira for their requirements.

How did you come to work with LTX Soft?

I wanted to find somebody in Slovakia because my company is based there. My friend had worked with LTX Soft before so I knew that these guys were experienced in this area of expertise. Specifically, they work with companies that sell curtains. For me, they were the best solution because they already knew what kind of functionality I would want. That's why I chose them; they had more experience than other companies in Slovakia.

How much have you invested with LTX Soft?

We have spent around 56,000 Euros [approx. $60,000].

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with LTX Soft in 2014 and continue to work with them today.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Previously, I had a really outdated website based on the Magento system. When I switched to the new website, it exploded. The customers love the new website. I have bigger profits and more customers. The communication with customers is much easier due to the admins and the functionality LTX implemented. I'm not losing customers anymore. That's why I'm still working with them.

How did LTX Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

I thought the creation of the website would be really simple. When the meeting started, LTX Soft started to ask questions about the targeting functionalities that I wanted to have in upcoming years. I remember a lot of nights working with them during the development. They are really precise. They delivered what they promised on time, 90% of the time. There was no issue and they were able to track everything. I was really surprised; I never experienced such a complex project before.

What did you find most impressive about LTX Soft?

They're really friendly. Since I'm not really experienced in the development world, they explained everything I wanted to know. Before, when I was working on the old website, I encountered a lot of technical terminologies that I wasn't really comfortable with. With LTX Soft, if I wanted to know something, they explained it in a simple way so I could understand it.

Are there any areas LTX Soft could improve?

So far, I don’t have any issues with them. Of course, there is always room for improvement. Maybe it would help if they would employ more people because they're always working so hard.
