• delivery of hybrid app to be deployed to the web, Google Play, and App Store. 
• intelligent routing using Machine Learning to predict most efficient routes given a capacity and estimated service volume. 
• delivery of a SEO-focused website to attract new customers that is fast and pulls real-time data from the app.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To date, we have over 85,000 registered customers, and work with over 1,900+ charity and non-profit organizations. Over $2M has been donated through the app, and we maintain a 4.7 star average rating across all platforms.

LT3 utilizes an agile approach, and averages slightly over one app deployment per month. Regular meetings are held to review the backlog for priority and clarification. Urgent items are easily integrated into existing releases with communication on impact to scope, timeline, and budget.
