Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Head of Project Management of the technology company Saly, which offers its clients a stable, intuitive and efficient B2B platform integrated with the client's ERP.

For what projects/services did your company hire LoveJob ?

We needed support in recruitment addressed to the representatives of generation Z with high expectations: IT and technical graduates.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After several inquiries with other agencies, we decided to choose LoveJob. What mattered to us was the creative approach and knowledge of the IT industry. Before that, I had no experience in recruitment marketing and didn't know how to properly promote Saly as an employer. With LoveJob that has changed. It also helped that the company worked in an agile model, just like us, and quickly fitted into our work routine.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After several online and face-to-face meetings that helped us explain our needs, we moved on to the proper part - to work. Google status meetings every 2 weeks and iterative delivery of individual elements meant that we had an active part in the project and were able to make changes on an ongoing basis. Adherence to deadlines and reliability are certainly dominant in LoveJob, as well.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned an EB manager who was also responsible for supervising the work of the entire project team: strategists, copywriters, UX/UI designers, performance marketers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

LoveJob definitely did its job. In accordance with the assumptions of the campaign, we managed to hire the expected number of candidates with a specific competence profile. In fact, we received many more valuable applications, but due to our plan, we hired exactly as many specialists as we needed. We are very satisfied with this cooperation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team started working on the campaign almost immediately after signing the contract - a week after the formalities, we held the first kick-up meeting. We had status meetings every 2 weeks where we were presented with the results of the work so far, and if we didn't like something, it was time to communicate it and make changes. In case of any question, I could always count on a quick response from the management during our online meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their approach and professionalism. LoveJob was always willing to help. They didn't always have an answer right away, but they made sure they found the right solution the next day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no complaints, really.

designed and developed a CRM system based on PHP and JavaScript technology. We started the process with workshops, and then functional mock-ups were designed to present the appearance and basic mechanics of operation, programming works have been and are still carried out in two-week cycles, which allows testing and verification of work progress on a regular basis. PIVE also proposed many solutions to automate the work of users, which translates into the improvement of their work.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The main team consists of 3 programmers, a tester and a project manager, additionally we use analytical and graphic resources

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project from the original production phase passed to the maintenance and development phase, which continues to this day, and the system is still being expanded. Thanks to the introduced solutions, it was possible to reduce human expenditure on performing repetitive activities, which translates into increased efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Thanks to the introduction of the contact segregation system and the system of matching the seller to the customer, the service time for a visit to the company's representative has been reduced by 50%

we have direct access to the entire team, which makes it easier to communicate our ideas and dispel ambiguities. Employees also act proactively, proposing solutions that improve processes

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although the quality of the work is very good, the pace that we imposed together in the initial phase resulted in the lack of documentation or its omission for the less important modules. After the original stage where the pace slowed down a bit and more people joined the team, we went back to the topic of creating documentation
