Loudmouth was brought on to spearhead our paid social across Meta and TikTok starting Oct 2021. Marc on the paid social team was tasked with getting our ads back on track after our previous agency fell short of ROI/ROAS goals following tough-to-navigate iOS updates. Marc was able to jump in quickly, offering a fresh perspective on target groups, creative approach, and strategy which regained our founder's confidence in the program.

Loudmouth implemented paid social for our one of our key fimdraisinhg events.  Over 1/3 of sign ups were referred to the event through social media.  

We held a new fundraising event in a new location where we had limited awareness. Paid social was the primary driver of sign ups for this event.

We previously had used a company for many years and every winter (our busiest period) they over spend by about 200%, eventually we had enough and moved to a new company who overpromised and really underdelivered on what they could achieve, blaming the market and the time of year. 
This then forced us to look for a new agency, Loud Mouth who helped us set specific targets including revenue, spend and ROAS, and actually stuck to them. Our big issue was trust. We has been burned twice before and were not sure who we could trust. Actions spoke louder than words and they achieved everything they set out to. We can now increase our spend and up our targets.

I worked with Adam from Loud Mouth Media on a number of campaigns to generate leads for our clinical trials. Adam's expertise in the Meta ads platform, including all the updates that Meta introduces, allows us to stay ahead and get the best results from our campaigns. Adam's knowledge of Conversions API has allowed us to see even better results. 

The most notable improvement was with our campaign for a PTSD trial, where we saw a dramatic increase in leads for a fraction of the cost we were previously spending.  Adam provides regular reports, suggestions, and advice and is more than happy to jump on a video call to talk through ideas on how to continue to move things forward. I find that working with Adam feels like a collaboration. Looking forward to more great results working with Loud Mouth Media in the future

Loud Mouth operates a 4-day work week, and when Adam is off, he ensures that any work is picked up and actioned by his colleague, so the 4-day workweek doesn't affect our project. We receive reports each month, including suggestions on how we can improve. Adam also gives quarterly presentations to ensure we're planning ahead in good time.

In fact, Loud Mouth Media were able to generate leads at 50% cheaper than the average cost, which was a huge win for our campaign,… and budget.
