We wanted to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences. As a luxury brand we knew this needed to be done by professionals with the knowledge to get us there. The project was kicked off during a key retail time for us and so there was no real room for errors.

We started with a low budget and focused on ROAS to measure success, as well as site traffic and new/returning customers to ensure the traffic coming in was new as well as profitable.

We work primarily with Marc - he is great to work with and comes to us with additional ideas and scope to better the project. We have seen great results and continue to grow on these channels.

Marc is efficient with any changes we request as well as considering the overall strategy when making suggestions for the project.

Working with Marc has been really beneficial for us - he is professional but warm. He is great at forward thinking and making suggestions to help us improve our social ads. It's great working with someone who feels like they are a part of the team and we are all working in the same direction.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. They have been very receptive so far.
