We wanted to clone the entire website and move to a new web hotel, at the same time changing the language and currency plugin. This included a lot of work with fixing errors and updating the whole structure of content on the website. Looplabz also changed menus, making sure everything worked seamlessly with the different languages.

When this was done, Looplabz did a speed optimization on the website, updating the score from poor to 97%. After this, we have continued our partnership with several tasks on the new website including design and error management.

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered my questions fast. The first talk we had I really got to understand that they give great service and know a lot about everything that I needed help with.

Their knowledge about everything I needed, their trustworthyness, their ability to fix everything I needed, and their flexibility. The end result was much better than I first expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LoopLabz could have done differently?

As I have no knowledge of web design there was some misunderstanding about the time frame in the beginning, as I understood it would be done faster. So Looplabz might need to be more clear in communication about projects and how long time it will take, when it comes to people like me, who have no knowledge in computer technology. But in the end, I am delighted, and I will ask them for help with my web page again.

The company needed a major restructuring and a solid CRM platform that would integrate to their marketing outlets & website. It was important to both automate and track day-to-day tasks to enable the company to quickly scale without having to grow the team.

We got referred to them by a client and were extremely impressed with their ability to simplify and solve key challenges that had been obstacles for many years. Their solution-oriented mindset made them the obvious option for us.

We had multiple strategic workshops between the stakeholders and Looplabz team to break down all of the necessary functionality, they returned with flow charts for each department and user type - which was approved after some minor tweaks. They then built out the bespoke CRM in Zoho with integrations to multiple apps and imported all of the data from the old system. Lastly, they trained the team to use the system effectively and had supported us with any bugs that arose after job completion.

We have been able to streamline and improve the marketing efforts so much that they no longer needed to hire an additional resource, now that the website is integrated we have been able to increase the online monthly revenue by 40%, and now that the sales team can focus on what's important we are closing around 2.5x more deals.

They were great communicators across the board and quick to implement any tweaks.

Their solution-oriented mindset was extremely impressive. Even though the project outline had changed considerably from the initial scope, they were patient and helpful throughout the entire engagement.

Relowda is a new started sock brand working with the D2C-model. We needed a experienced partner to develop our biggest showroom, our site and webshop. After comparing and discussing with several web-bureaus we are very happy we worked with LoopLabz.

We compared the offers and also the referenceprojects they showed. But most of all we liked that Felicia and Felix had a very good global insight for new solutions and trends.

First of all the graphic design and themes had to be chosen. After that we discussed the payment solutions and the structure on the site.

Me and my partner worked with everything from production, PR, Marketing, Administration. So the site was just one of many many things, thats why we let the project take some time, but we are so happy with everything regarding this project.

Slack was our prio channel with communication, tools was just a hidden site during the development so we could follow everything.

No not really, the only slow part was Klarna but thats not Looplabz responsibility.

As we are new on the market we needed a highly competitive website that was easily navigated for the user as well as a structured back end for staff to work with. The challenge was for customers, based on their zip code, to be able to choose a date for both deliveries and pick up of their order.

After I had spoken to multiple firms I felt that LoopLabz showed me the best overall confidence in being able to create what I was looking for. They had a great portfolio of earlier clients and came up with a good price.

We sat down and spoke about our business and what solutions needed to be solved. By having our targeted group in mind we settled on a concept that felt good for both of us.

Our website produced fantastic results immediately and worked more or less the way we wanted it to. Together with the LoopLabz team, we made some small tweaks after launch to make it even more effective!

They were open, honest, and easy to contact in the workflow. They had patience with us when we were a bit picky. The timeline could have been a bit more clear but it all worked out great in the end!

Their time spent working and honest will to get the website where we wanted it to get. Sometimes it didn't work but they persevered!

A bit more clear timeline would be the only thing.

LoopLabz answered a question I put in a local Facebook group. I don't think I even realized I needed coding skills to do what I wanted to do, but hey offered to take a look at it and then came up with a price and schedule.

In some cases I've given them a reference page to explain what I want, sometimes I've made mockups in photoshop. LoopLabz ask necessary questions along the way and let me know when to have a look at some detail. All I need to do is the mockups and make sure I'm available to talk while they work.

I don't know haha. I only talk to one person, but I have a feeling he's not the developer.

I had issues with the checkout, lots of (potential) customers told me on instagram they couldn't checkout because they didn't have PayPal. I had other payment options, but the CTA button for PayPal was by default positioned in a way that made people confused. LoopLabz helped me move it, and the questions stopped.

We talk on Facebook messenger, which I appreciate.

They're really easy to communicate with, efficient, and the result is good!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They once underestimated the complexity of my idea, and thus the time needed. It really stressed me out because I had a campaign planned and I understood pretty late that the website wouldn't be fully functional on time. We decided to reverse back to an old version.

NHC haven't historically had all numbers and KPIs reported. We've grown quickly and we use a bunch of different CRM/services in our business. Therefor statistics and reports are all in different places. We needed a solution that combines numbers from analytics, client, Mailchimp, Facebook etc all together in one report. This is stage one and Felix have already provided a great master document. Next step is to automize these reports and also connect different solutions so they connect and "speak with each other".
