Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Creative Director of a video production agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Look Digital Marketing?

Look has been a partner for us on several client projects since 2017. As a video content agency, we were enlisted by clients to create content and Look helped us build a digital strategy. This included content strategy, social strategy and search.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were different with each project but the consistent goal was to provide our end client with a wholistic marketing and digital campaign. On several occasions Look was actually involved from the bid process and the strategies they developed were critical in winning the business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I worked with the owner Paul in a marketing department over a decade ago and when he started his company we re-connected. We first worked together on a project in 2017 and several more since then.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope of the work Look has done for us include:

- Social strategy (content and paid distribution)

- Search strategy (both Google and Youtube)

- Content strategy for blogs/websites. In some cases they build a general "digital blueprint" for the client for them to execute, and others they actually executed themselves.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Paul but I know members of my team collaborated with other members on his team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While I won't share specific results from individual projects, I feel confident saying that their work directly resulted in us winning new business and repeat business. In one case, we won a project and have now been doing work with that client for 3+ years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No issues with workflow. We would typically send Paul a brief about the project. Then we would do a discovery session (sometimes directly with the client and others with just us). The work was always done on time and they never missed any key milestones. Paul is the kind of guy I am able to text or FB message with, which is amazing because it's how I prefer to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I enjoy most about working with Paul is his creativity, positivity and honesty. As a group of creatives ourselves, we vibe very well with their methodology. At the end of the day, what matters most is that the end client is happy with their work and we have had nothing but compliments on the campaigns we have worked on together.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing that comes to mind. We really enjoy working with Look and look forward to working with them on future projects.
