I’m the digital marketing manager at Maiden Design Inc., a custom design agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with LogoTale?

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

A designer explained everything to me, including what platform our website would be built on. After that, I shared my ideas and how to convert that idea into reality. They then developed our website from scratch using Laravel. The main purpose of our website was to provide information about our services and how much we charge.

What is the team composition?

I was in touch with their designer in the beginning and then their project manager. 

How did you come to work with LogoTale?

I found them on Facebook. I sent them a message there, and we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $6,700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–March 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were very professional and helpful, describing every single step of the process. I’m not a tech-savvy person, but the way they explained things was easy to understand and the key to our success.

How did LogoTale perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always available and ready to help. The project manager kept me updated on where they were at in the process. They used Trello to manage tasks, and we communicated mostly via phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with how professional they were the entire time. They also understood my requirements, and they were thorough.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that they need to improve on.

I searched for website design agencies on Google and came across LogoTale. I visited their website and began an engagement.

We’ve invested around $2,500 with LogoTale for the website project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership with LogoTale began in March 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

LogoTale delivered an amazing website in March 2022, which is also when it went live. Our partnership with LogoTale has been great — their team is very professional. 

How did LogoTale perform from a project management standpoint?

There aren’t any specific project management tools involved, but we usually discuss the project with the project manager via phone calls. They send me designs for approval through email. LogoTale always delivers on time and ensures there are no delays in their responses. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was confused by the designs other agencies I found provided, but LogoTale delivered unique designs and managed the entire project well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for LogoTale to improve.

I’d advise any customer looking for a good design to be delivered on time to work with LogoTale.
