Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We turned to Logica to help us build a back-end artisan portal. This tool allows artisans to accept incoming work, track its progress, and notifies the client of the status of their repair. Specific integrations were needed so that the portal could seamlessly interact with artisans existing CRM systems, email services, and websites.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Reduce amount of errors and improve throughput.
• The end product reduced effort and time required to carry out repairs and client communications. It also reduced the amount of times an issue would arise due to miscommunication.

The team was excellent to work with. From the initial call, I could tell they understood our objective and were eager to help find us the best solution. The team was very transparent and always kept us up to date with the status of the project. Whenever we reached out with a question, they answer very promptly.

I am the president of Ogilvy Nicaragua; A full-service ad agency working in all fields of advertising. We work for clients of all sizes, from start-ups to big telecoms.

We have worked with Logica on various projects - from web services to mobile, and large e-commerce projects

They had the talent and expertise we did not have. Also, flexibility and friendly rates.

We started working on multiple projects with just 3 of their engineers. Now the team has grown to about seven full-time resources. Their team of result-driven professionals is intuitive, agile, and brilliant at what they do.

I contacted the CEO directly with our specific needs. They had the resources we needed and were able to jump in right away to help us finish our tasks. We looked at other companies but Logica was the better fit for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to onboard tech projects from our existing clients that were out of our scope and expertise. This resulted in a new revenue stream of about $100K+ in the last 9 months.
