Local Leap Marketing took my Wordpress Website and exported all of my content from Divi to Cadence which increased the load speed dramatically. Ryon gave me options and explained how having so many plugins on the website was decreasing the load speed and he helped me clean the whole thing up. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He also set up new forms and helped me connect my paypal account to my site and changed the keywords and made sure google was indexing my site.

My load speed increased dramatically, Google is now indexing my website, keywords have been changed so I come up in SEO searches, peace of mind.

They were extremely quick and responsive. The whole project was complete in less than a week and he was readily available to answer all of my quesitons.

We did a large amount of research on different companies to design and run our website. We chose Local Leap Marketing due to their pricing and portfolio.

Since hiring Local Leap Marketing, we have seen an large increase in new customers and traffic through our website.

One of the top benefits of using Local Leap Marketing is their responsiveness. When I send an email requesting an add on or change to our website, it is same day service. They are quick to respond and make the changes happen.

Their willingness to stay on top of our level of production from the website, as well as changes needed. They make you feel as if you're their only customer.

No, we thoroughly enjoy working with Ryon and his team.

We are a pressure washing company and offer exterior cleaning services in Houston, TX.

For what projects/services did your company hire Local Leap Marketing, and what were your goals?

We are in a large market that has a lot of different people who do what we do. We had no ranking at all and in the matter of only 2-3 years Local Leap had us ranking #1 organically in about 30 different keywords. They’re extremely competent at what they do. I couldn’t be more pleased.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got referred to them. They sent over a proposal that was extremely clear and professional. They were also extremely helpful and responsive with whatever questions I had. I cannot recommend them enough. Ryon, the owner is always available and has been consistent at always putting out an incredible product.

Writing biweekly blogs, creating/changing/modifying content on the sites, creating ancillary accounts for better online presence: e.g. LinkedIn profile, Gsuite profile, Instagram, etc. Local leap also helped create YouTube content for us and set us up to have the most “trendy” widgets or be up to date on new programs and plugins that have come out so our site never looks outdated.

I have worked with Whitney and Ryon. Whitney does content creation and Ryon is the owner. He mostly does sales and customer relations. There are other people I have worked with too but those people are usually just identified as “help” on the emails.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, we have worked with him for 5 years and have seen our page go from not ranking at all to being the #1 page on google for the past 2-3yrs. This is the most glaring item of measurable results, but we constantly get weekly reports that tell us more about how we are doing and how our numbers are growing/changing. We obviously have had tons of leads generated from this marketing, so this would also be a measurable outcome.

Very organized and consistent. I am always surprised at how fast and consistent they deliver their services. They are always on top Of things and seem to never struggle with getting a quality product turned out and being extremely responsive. I have never had issues getting in touch with them and am always surprised at how quickly things get turned out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are not a “jack of all trades, master of none” Company. They are not here to just wring every dollar out of their client as possible. They don’t do AdWords, they don’t do CPC ads on FB/IG etc, they don’t do email MRKG, etc. They are very absolutely terrífic at SEO and that’s the only thing they do. Sure they could make more money with these other services, but they’re not interested in that. I have a ton of respect and appreciation for this and I also know that I couldn’t find anyone more dedicated to SEO than them because of this.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was one time where we had a few days of form submissions being forwarded to the wrong email. This was an accident, but after it was noticed, it was corrected immediately. We have also had them manage three sites for us in the past 5 years, so to think that there has been one hiccup in 5 years, (or 15 years if you said 5 for each company) that’s pretty phenomenally outstanding.

I’m the owner of Brain Basics, a leadership and team development coaching company. We help individuals and teams build the best version of them.

What challenge were you trying to address with Local Leap Marketing?

I was trying to find customers, since sometimes as a one-person business owner it’s hard to do that. I was also having horrible website troubles and I’d worked with several companies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After we brought them on and showed Local Leap Marketing our problems, they began troubleshooting. We were going to be removed from Google as our site had been hacked, so they corrected everything that was going wrong. 

When I set up my own company, he created my website for me and started working on SEO. They’ve overhauled the site twice now. If I’m offering a special event, they update a tab so users can click and register on the site. They created a contact form for submissions, as well. We also do blogs and regularly post on there.

I’ve worked with three people. There is a help desk contact, someone who supports our blogs, and Ryan (Web Designer & SEO Consultant) has helped.

Including everything from day one, we’ve spent around $23,000.

We’ve been working together since April 2015 and our engagement is continuing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Submissions are key for my business and so are leads. I’ve generated over 60 leads that turn into conversations and legit business. My content shows up on the top of Google results organically, too. 

How did Local Leap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a fantastic job — I’ve never had any challenges. They send me a monthly report to see site activity and understand how users are using the site. Ryan comes up with suggestions and we’ll touch base about it. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They care — I can tell that they view my success as part of their success. They work to understand my business so I can be more successful. I also like working with someone local, especially because of the challenges I had working with bigger, outsourced companies. 

Even though SEO isn’t my expertise, I’ve never had any trouble with Local Leap Marketing communicating their work and what they’re doing. They break everything down for me. Ryan was willing to start with the basics and start from the beginning to explain concepts to me in a way that made sense. They’ve done a great job explaining why it’s important and how to get my customers’ attention.

No, they’ve done a good job from the beginning. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you feel like you can reach your customers online and want to increase your engagement, they are the team to go to. They are a locally-run, American business that wants you to succeed.

We needed improved SEO to get us to the top of the search engines. For the other company, we needed help effectively displaying rental properties, so people could see what’s available in their region.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our utilities company, they built our SEO strategy from the ground up, including keyword research. For the real-estate company, they built the site up from scratch. It has an application system so that potential tenants can fill out their information online, which links to a database. From that information, I can create a quote based on the different services we provide. The team was also able to incorporate a video marketing component into our site.
