In Phase 1, the initial form was created using Gravity Forms, with necessary adjustments made to accommodate the complex data input requirements. Phase 2 involved generating a PDF output based on a provided template and integrating WooCommerce functionality. Finally, Phase 3 focused on implementing patented AlertCard features that allowed for the manipulation and sorting of user input on the Emergency Medical Information Card.

Additionally, we had regular Skype calls to address any significant inquiries or concerns that arose.
