When we were hit with ransomware, we were back up quickly because of them. For accounting, everything is billed by the hour, so the fact that they helped us get back up the same day was a huge money saver. We had a couple terabyte file cabinet that exploded. They worked with the programmers and Microsoft SQL engineers to get that back up and going. There have been quite a few times when they have saved me. They come in when we have emergencies and perform really well. I’ve called them at 10:00 PM and they worked with me until 1:00 AM getting everything back up.

I can handle most smaller issues on my own, but when we have larger problems, even if they’re outside of what our contract defines with them, they’re always willing to help.

### Sharepoint Migration
Client's server is nearing end of life and decided to move to the cloud.

Can access/share/add files from phones and tablets
Mirrors existing folder structure from their Windows server so no need to re-educate staff

We began the data migration one week prior to the cutover date.  Then over the weekend we had the staff not working on server files.  We did the final data pass over the weekend, and added proper folder security.
On Monday we came in and connected their OneDrive application to the Sharepoint site so that they could easily access data from their PCs, laptops, and smart devices.
We turned off the old file server and walked them through the new Sharepoint system
