LLG designed my firm's logo, email signature incorporating my logo, designed my letterhead, and some add-ons for my website. I worked with three members of LLG's team, all that facilitated different aspects of my project. The LLG team was awesome, they listened to me as I described my vision, provided me numerous options at the onset to work with and ulitately helped me design everything just how I wanted it. Even after the project was done, I went back to Adam and his team to revise some design aspects of the work they did, and they quickly turned around new deliverables to me that captured my evolving vision for my firm.

I initially reached out to Adam and told him what I wanted to do, he scoped out the work for me, introduced me to his designer and I began working wiht his designer to create the logo, email signature, and letterhead designs. Once we were off and had a vision, Adam and his team knocked it out of the park and provided me with deliverables I was, and still am, very pleased with. This project ended and was completed quickly, efficiently, and Adam and his team made me feel like my somewhat small project was important to them and delivered high quality deliverables that exceeded my expectations.

To date, the campaign has exceeded expectations. To date, the campaign has generated $3.68M in spend, 497.7M impressions, 148.7M users reached, and 732.4K sessions to the website.

The workflow between the Ad Council and Llama Lead Gen teams is seamless. We regularly communicate through e-mail and Slack; it’s not unusual for the communication between teams to occur multiple times a day. We also have weekly status check-ins and reporting overviews to discuss the latest updates and progress on the campaigns that they oversee.

Deliverables are always on time (with little to no edits needed); recommendations on how to improve our campaigns are expected. It’s truly a breath of fresh air to have partners who are always on top of everything. We were looking for a means to leverage outstanding customer cases and testimonials into a digital marketing campaign to reach a wider audience.

What were your goals for this project?

Primarily lead generation. This was our first foray into digital marketing and so we expect to expand the program based on outcomes.

We advertised on UpWork and interviewed a number of applicants before picking Llama Lead Gen. I liked Adam's approach to the entire project on hand - including the fact that we may have fine-tune approach and deliverables as we progress.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Digital marketing program across primarily LinkedIn targeting specific verticals. This also involved assessing our current marketing assets including website, testimonials, case studies etc. and determining how best to package and use them across multiple programs.

What was the team composition?

Adam's team comprised of specialists who were brought in as needed. Some of the areas covered were editing and publishing case studies, eBooks and other material, setting up our Marketing Automation/CRM system (Hubspot), sequence generation etc. The composition changed as the project progressed.

However, we always had a single point of contact no matter who was handling the specific deliverable from Llama Lead Gen's team or ours. In our case that POC was always Adam.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once the campaign launched, we are starting to see a steady growth in leads flowing through. Additionally, Adam has been discussing with us quite a bit about what can be done next including several ideas that we had not considered in the past.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No complaints here. As mentioned in an earlier response, we always had a single point of contact (in our case, Adam) who was always available to respond and manage all aspects of the program.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with the fact that Adam and team were ready to work with a broad scope which they helped break down into manageable, time-bound chunks that could then be fine-tuned as needed. Adam acted as our stand-in digital marketing head all through, and continues to do so.

Adam and his team have helped us deliver successful results for our clients. When our clients see great results, they expand their contracts with us. These successful campaigns have driven 10x revenue growth from several of our clients, which is outstanding.

Adam and his team have awesome communication. They are very responsive and are great with setting expected deadlines (and exceeding them). They have a lot of processes in place that make the workflow during campaign planning very simple.

Adam's expertise in paid LinkedIn advertising is unmatched! I'm very impressed with how knowledgeable he is on the platform, best practices, and nuances of LinkedIn lead gen ads.

I was also very impressed with the quality of work. He has definitely surrounded himself with a great team of designers and copy writers and their quality of work really stood out to me. They have a great ability to take minimal direction and put a stellar campaign together.
