I'm the Head of Marketing at Gainy. Gainy is a stock market investment application created to give investors an opportunity to buy shares, analyze their favorite companies, and create their own lists in different industries. We help investors discover their assets and automatically rebalance them based on their interests, portfolio, and goals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Livepage, and what were your goals?

At first, we contacted Livepage for marketing and SEO services. Livepage helped us form the brand platform and positioning at the initial stage. Afterward, we actively developed our organic promotion and continued to work in this direction. To strengthen the marketing strategy, we also included PPC services. Our goal was to create and introduce a new product to the US investment market which, in our opinion, can change the approach to the investment process. We are working on increasing traffic to our site, attracting more users to our mobile application, and also developing the web platform.

We were looking at numerous companies but decided to settle on Livepage. We liked the transparency of cooperation, professionalism, and complex approach to our business.

A large amount of work has been done. We started with marketing, specifically the description of positioning and the formation of a brand platform. Then, we moved on to active SEO promotion and link building. After the first year of working together, we also started using the PPC channel to test different theories and help the organic channel work better. It is also worth noting that Livepage helped us with solutions for analytics at all stages of the work, since we also needed to track KPIs and analyze the results.

Four people work with us all the time — PM, SEO, Linkbuilder, and Analyst. Other specialists are also involved as needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In a year and a half of work, we created a stylish and converting site from scratch with 10,193 monthly visitors. We also get over 100 conversions per month. Such results became a reality thanks to the initially optimized site, prepared for promotion. We conducted extensive research, correctly identified the target audience, developed a wide site structure, and came up with a unique design. We also started creating expert content that appears at the top of Google search results. The project is constantly growing and developing.

We are in constant communication, and I think we managed to perfectly integrate the processes of the two teams — ours and Livepage — and get the best results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the transparency in their work, the complex approach, and the constant communication. I also want to note the interest of the Livepage team in our business and immersion in all its subtleties, as well as in the peculiarities of the market as a whole.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied with our work with Livepage, and as of now wouldn't have done anything differently. We continue our cooperation and expect to get even greater results.

The structure was built for the website, recommendations were given, mock-ups were worked out, traffic was transferred correctly, and there were SEO checkups at each stage of the development and launch of the project. Everything was done for the shop in the context of SEO and the company is fully engaged in paid traffic for the project. Everything was also done for SEO and traffic transfer for the forum.

The main point of contact is a PM. In addition, we regularly keep in touch with the owner, especially regarding strategic issues while interacting with the company.

We have achieved a measure of success in Paid Media. The price per click in our ads campaigns is lower than in similar competitors Google Ads campaigns and we get more clicks from potential customers than competitors. Recently the team has been actively developing our company online presence in Bing Ads.
