Designed to enhance existing EW and spectrum systems rather than replace them, GlobalEdge rapidly learns new signals, updates mission-specific signal libraries in real time, and operates completely disconnected from the internet. The technology is hardware-agnostic across CPU, GPU, and FPGA platforms, enabling integration with existing sensors and architectures, as well as rapid adaptation as the electromagnetic environment changes.

Our efforts included shaping and executing the brand, communications, and go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven electronic warfare startup. My work includes translating complex capabilities, such as AI-enabled signal detection, classification, spectrum awareness, and edge processing, into clear and compelling messaging for defense, government, industry, and technical audiences.

The team developed product positioning, capability briefs, presentations, demonstration materials, videos, social media campaigns, and event communications. The marketing efforts align with product roadmaps, customer requirements, business development priorities, and the realities of operational electronic warfare environments. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project demonstrated success through stronger product positioning, more consistent messaging, and the delivery of market-ready materials across three product lines. The team translated highly technical AI-enabled electronic warfare capabilities into clear value propositions, capability briefs, presentations, digital content, and demonstration materials tailored to defense and government audiences.

These efforts increased customer engagement, improved the quality of business development conversations, and supported more effective product demonstrations, participation in industry events, and partner discussions. Progress was also reflected in faster development of customer-facing materials, closer alignment among product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams, and a more repeatable go-to-market process. 

The team demonstrated strong project management by using Trello to organize deliverables, track progress, prioritize tasks, and capture feedback. We met multiple times each week to collaborate, review ongoing work, and discuss strategy, which kept the project aligned with our evolving product and business needs. They consistently delivered items on time and communicated clearly whenever priorities or requirements changed. The team was highly responsive to feedback, quickly incorporated revisions, and adapted its approach to support the fast-paced needs of an AI electronic warfare startup.

What I found most impressive was the company’s flexibility and ability to provide a wide range of creative solutions and strategic concepts. Their fast turnaround times, responsiveness to feedback, and ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling marketing content made them a valuable partner.

One area for improvement is to provide greater clarity at the outset of the engagement on the full scope of Liquid GTM’s product marketing services. A more defined outline of what is included, what falls outside the engagement, and which additional capabilities are available would help establish expectations and support more effective planning. This would also help clients better understand how to leverage the team’s full range of expertise throughout the project.

I’m the head of sales at ManageMy, a no-code digital platform for insurance carriers to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales by integrating seamlessly with existing core systems.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Liquid GTM to accomplish for ManageMy’s insurance platform?

I wanted to ensure that insurance professionals within a certain demographic understood our complete value proposition.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Liquid GTM helped us build an entire brand video that gave an overview of our entire value proposition to P&C insurers. The team handled everything, including scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had excitement and engagement coming out of the conference. The attendee feedback was great, and we generated five leads out of a conference of 250 people. One CEO got excited about what we were doing, and six months later, we closed the deal.

How did Liquid GTM perform from a project management standpoint?

Liquid GTM delivered faster than expected. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They understood our business due to Phil’s involvement in insurance technology, so he understood our value proposition.

I’m the CRO of SigLite Technologies. We provide integrated technology solutions for law enforcement, including RF sensing, license plate recognition, surveillance video, drone detection, and investigative platforms, all delivered and supported as a unified service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Liquid GTM?

We needed to establish the brand guidelines from the overall company goals and leverage this to fully launch the brand along with the supporting materials within the baseline that our team could use to support and maintain the organization. We also wanted to work with a company that could help us flush the brand direction out from our leadership team.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Liquid GTM helped us build the brand guidelines and brand package, including the logo, theme, tone, etc., based on the organization goals and how we wanted to present ourselves in the market. Once we established the logos, we moved into the baseline for the product spec sheets and supporting materials so we could easily adjust and build as new products came to market. This also moved into some rough concept building and outlining for the company website.
Liquid GTM didn’t build the website but was very helpful in running options and how we could use different platform options to accomplish the goals and build within the brand guide and give us the ability to continue to grow in a self-sustaining manner. The last project the team added was an introduction video for the brand.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our main goal was to build and launch the brand within a three-month sprint and budget, which we accomplished. Throughout the project, our team interfaced well with Liquid GTM. They were very responsive and asked questions to flush out the goals along with bringing us ideas and insights.

We used Trello to manage the project. Liquid GTM did a great job breaking down the project into components and working toward the delivery milestones. They were clear about the project and allowed time for discovery and review to meet the project goals. We also used virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.

They did a great job asking questions to understand our market, goals, and products to formulate recommendations rather than just bringing a set of canned templates.

I’m the senior director of brand and communications at Sphera. We provide an operational intelligence platform that helps companies manage risk, safety, and sustainability by unifying and analyzing data across operations, products, and supply chains using AI-driven insights.

We needed a video about how Sphera uses AI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Liquid GTM created the video and went through multiple rounds of updates. Initially, I gave Phil a script for the AI video, and he created the storyboard. Then, I gave him a different script, and he created a new storyboard. From there, the team went into production, reviews, and updates until we finally had a video that everyone liked and achieved our goal in time for launch.

Liquid GTM delivered a video that we could use on our website and cut up for social media. The animated format was very popular with all our internal audiences. We also saw good viewership and social engagement.

They delivered on time, even though it was difficult for them to do it. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Phil was a rock star, and his team did great work. He was patient and understanding with our craziness but also knew when to push.

We needed a series of videos created that highlight different features of our software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Liquid GTM has created longer videos to be shared externally with customers, on our LinkedIn, and in our trade show booths. They’ve also created shorter videos that are easier to share on social media and in emails.
