For what projects/services did your company hire Linear Design?

We hired Linear Design to improve our Google Ads and build a landing page. The also made a Facebook Ad.

What were your goals for this project?

Increase our conversion rate of new patients with a landing page and better google and facebook ads.

How did you select Linear Design?

We search online for marketing agency with experience in Google Ads in the healthcare industry. We had several options but Linear was the first to contact us to answer our questions. They were also had the most professional website with testimonies.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They did a major upgrade to our current Google Ads by adding more campaigns with greater detail description. They also added a landing page to the Google Ad so know we will have the potential new patient email and phone number. They were able to market these leads with a Facebook Ad.

What was the team composition?

They have a great team with specialists in each department of online marketing. I was able to meet with each specialist. For example one member focused on the landing page and another focused on the Google Ads. Then at the end we all got together on a webinar to complete the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the landing page we know have the leads contact info. With better Google Ads we have double the amount of leads we have been getting!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was really easy since Linear Design was available to us by email, phone or webinar and always replied back to us the same day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The specialist they had in each department of online marketing it wasn't one person doing everything. They were available to answer any questions or get on a call with me the same day I asked.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Great service and great support I don't see any area of improvement.
