I am the Trade Marketing Manager for the global news brand, The Independent.

For what projects/services did your company hire Line20 Digital, and what were your goals?

Our advertising website has been entirely created and managed by Line20 and as our business grows, do does the need for the website to adapt. We needed help in creating a bespoke page to display statistic and an array of data in an aesthetic way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Line20 have always been our go-to for our advertising website having designed the rest our website. We really trust the judgement and design eye of the company and as always, they have been incredibly easy and efficient to work with - each time providing great results.

We were in need of a whole new set of page furniture being created that would then be editable and customisable by us as the client so that we could keep our details as fresh as possible.

We worked with Line20 founder, Ashley , who has always been an invaluable resource for us both in a design capacity and in terms of offering recommendations and advice in our plans and needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our new stats pages are a seamless function across our site now that has immediately become an invaluable tool for the sales team and clients to be able to access our latest figures for presentations and pitches with ease.

Ashley has always been incredibly easy and enjoyable to work with. He is personable and efficient, and we've never had a problem with any of the work we have asked for whether that be through quality or timeliness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they are both equally style and substance - Their customer service skills and quality of work are equally impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. Any issues I have had, Ashley has always been there to help me rectify them in a timely manner.

Every year we redesign our website to coincide with a brand new design of all marketing assets

We have worked with Ashley Ford each year for the past 3 years, there's an element of trust and efficiency Ashley Ford brings

We have a kick off meeting where we bring myself, Ash and our graphic designer. From there we produce a timeline; wire frames, key deliverables, staging sites and a feedback process

I project managed the website build/redesign, we also had our graphic designer, of which I briefed

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is a key heart to our brand, income and a source of all information regarding our business. Not of which have faltered with Ash's work.

We had weekly catch ups each step of the project. Design, wireframe, drafting, staging and feedback - as well as regular phone calls once the project is live, in case of any faults. It has always been clear, with utmost effort to record any feedback for future use

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very personable and friendly. Never intrusive and completely honest. Clear communication of reasons why certain web development choices were made

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we launched there were a few errors that slipped through the cracks during the initial feedback stage. But all corrected and sorted in a tight turn around
