• Linchpin recreated the entire website in a staging environment using the block editor page template, then we audited page content before starting any design modifications.
• New design elements were added to give each page a modern refreshed look with the goal of improving user experience. Linchpin created some design elements with our direction to embed in the site.
• New pages were added to round out the site.
• Staging environment was launched as new site. 
• Accessibilty audit of Level A and AA of the ADA standards was conducted and issues were remediated.  
• Training videos were produced for our team to add and edit content going forward.

Their willingness to take on additional tasks beyond the original scope while staying on target with the deliverable timeline was refreshing. I appreciated them taking the initative to add the accessibility audit into the budget. And creating some custom design elements.

I also appreciated the regular budget summary and recap inclusive of all scope work.

What stands out most about Linchpin is how personable and professional they are to work with. Over the years, we’ve built a strong, trusted working relationship, and they consistently operate as a true extension of our team. Their ability to combine technical expertise with a collaborative, approachable style has made the partnership both effective and enjoyable long term.

At one point, Linchpin experienced some team turnover, which briefly impacted continuity. However, they were able to pivot quickly and continue supporting our team with minimal disruption. If there’s an area for improvement, it would be continued focus on talent retention and potentially expanding their team to support growing demand. Overall, they’ve handled challenges transparently and professionally.

Linchpin’s knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce was critical in helping us elevate the user experience of our website while simultaneously cleaning up technical debt in the backend.

Linchpin delivered a fully functional redesign of our website under a very tight deadline. The team handled content migration, custom integrations, and plugin cleanup.
