Launch a new restaurant brand from scratch with no existing identity, no online presence, and an originl menu. Build a cohesive brand that exists seamlessly from the physical restaurant, to the merch, to digital platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most measurable outcome was launching with a fully cohesive brand across all touchpoints on day one — in-store, online, and across social platforms. That allowed us to open with a polished, professional presence instead of looking like a new concept finding its footing.

Within the first few weeks of opening, we saw steady week-over-week revenue growth, strong customer engagement on social media, and multiple catering inquiries driven through our online presence. Our brand consistency has also translated into strong customer recognition and repeat business.

Because everything — logo, in-store experience, website, and social content — is aligned, customers clearly understand who we are and what we stand for. That clarity has directly supported early sales growth and brand traction.

Lil Agents demonstrated strong project management from start to finish. They delivered every major component — logo development, brand guidelines, website, and in-store design assets — on schedule and in alignment with our launch timeline.

Beyond speed, they genuinely care. After a few months of working together, they feel like an extension of the Nom House team. They aren’t just completing tasks — they’re invested in the success of the business and thoughtful about how every decision impacts the brand long-term.

They’re also extremely flexible. As our needs evolved from branding into social media management and ongoing marketing support, they adapted seamlessly. They’re solution-oriented and willing to pivot when necessary, which is critical when building a new concept from the ground up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something lilAgents could have done differently?

Given the fast pace of our launch, most of our work was execution-focused. As we mature, I’d love to incorporate even deeper analytics and data reporting around social performance and digital campaigns to further optimize growth.

However, their foundation and responsiveness have been strong, and I see this as a natural next phase rather than a shortcoming.
