We rely on Lighthouse for support in security as well as general consulting on many IT related needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked together for many years so there is a history of comfort in their knowledge.

There really isn't a particular project. The latest project we relied on lighthouse to perform annual penetration tests and security reviews.

They were able to identify many areas of opportunity and helped us understand and remediate the issues

They are always good at organizing and communicating the tasks and outcomes of their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a deep pool of very technically skilled staff that come with many years of experience in their respective fields. They rely on experience not some fancy tool that says lots but provides less value. I will take the experience and concise results any day.

Ongoing. Removed old server, moved to cloud based storage Exchanged retail servers Migration to MS365 All successful. Some hangover with server removal woth one wmployee

Very effective, great communication

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kevin. They make us feel like they are always there to catch us. His service is remarkable.

I think Kevin’s level of service doesn’t translate down as much. Could have understood Andrea’s linking issue before they did

I am the CEO of Charge Solar, Canada’s largest solar, battery storage, and EV charging distributor.

Our company hired Lighthouse to manage all IT operations as we grew beyond 50 employees.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a variety of vendors and selected Lighthouse based on their proximity to our Victoria head office, with the ability to scale nationally using their network of partners. We also checked local references.

Lighthouse provides day to day help desk support for over 70 employees, infrastructure design and implementation, training, and ongoing risk identification and management.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with Kevin, the Lighthouse owner and President, on our IT roadmap and major operational or investment decisions. We work with his qualified staff members for day to day support. We’ve worked with at least three qualified team members over the past 2yrs.

Our IT no longer consumes internal executive leadership time for implementation.

We have a smooth workflow between companies using a help desk system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lighthouse works to understand our context, allowing them to consider our future when making day-to-day decisions.

We had Lighthouse design, supply and maintain our computer systems including all on going trouble shooting.

We knew Kevin from the past is was an easy decision to have his business contract the work for our business

Light House designed and installed our current system. We have over 20 desktops that share our server. Lighthouse maintains our firewall and keeps us compliant for our cyber insurance coverage

We have worked with all of Lighthouse field staff

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I would say the success is in the fact that we rarely need to have Lighthouse in our system fixing things. We look for the path of least resistance when we hire vendors and Lighthouse has been exceptional with their services

The Lighthouse team works very well with our staff understanding that we have various abilities and understanding with computers on our staff

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We find it impressive that we rarely have any down time on our system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t thing of any issues that needed to be addressed at my desk
