Our company is a health and life insurance brokerage. We help individuals and small businesses with their health insurance needs. My role is the VP of sales and leadership development now. Basically anything growth related is under my purview.

To develop a website that drove traffic and leads to us digitally.

Through research and meetings with various web developers in KC. They seemed the most knowledgable and were the ones we chose to work with.

They designed our website and provided a very sleek site for us. They also helped coach us on SEO so that after we had used their services we could manage the SEO on our end without having to hire another vendor / contractor to manage that for us.

They also provided video production for the video on our home page on our website. This personalized our brand and gave us a level up on our competition.

The team had several people on the project. We mainly worked with an account manager, Todd, and Adam.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This has had a massive impact on our business. Everyone we talk to that has seen our website said the website is what sold them on working with us. The development is extremely professional and sharp!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management went smoothly. We were assigned an account manager and they stayed on top of our initiatives to make sure everyone was hitting deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge on SEO and web development. Not to mention their culture.

Our business is Facial Surgery Group. I’m the contact person for all of our referring dentists in the Kansas City area. Our marketing is business to business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lifted Logic?

When I came to work for Facial Surgery Group, we had a basic templated website that was managed outside of the country. We were actually paying a lot of money for social networking.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team redesigned our website. They did a lot of original photography and created a video that showcases our area. For the video, they used a drone. The team has also created videos that showcase what we actually do in our office.

What is the team composition?

Todd (Project and Operations Manager) was the project manager. I also worked with a graphic artist and another point of contact that was actively involved in putting everything together.

How did you come to work with Lifted Logic?

When we chose Lifted Logic, we actually interviewed five other agencies. I was looking for someone more locally-based because I wanted to support a local business. It just so happened at Lifted Logic was local and nationally reaching.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $20,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the process in November 2017, and everything was up and running in mid-January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lifted Logic personalized our website, using beautiful imagery that reflected our community. It doesn’t look like it came out a can. They created well-narrated and informative videos for us. I venture to guess that dentists give their patients our business card, and then they look at our site to check us out. The website serves as an informational guide.

At this point, they provide some service support for me. If I need to add something to the site, they’re able to do that quickly. When the coronavirus hit, we needed to get a banner up on our website to inform our patients of what direction we were going. Their team did it almost immediately.

How did Lifted Logic perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually used email. Their office was close enough for me to visit personally. They sent me a template of how things were broken down, and then I would put in the wording and description of certain things we wanted on the site.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a national reach. From my perspective, they’re very busy, but always made the time to talk to me. I feel like I have a very personal relationship with them. I’m sure their other clients feel the same. It’s very meaningful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This was several years ago, but I think my one frustration was that while their main team was very experienced, some of their newer hires were very green.

I am the Marketing lead of a company that produces quality cabinets and doors for dealers through out the US. I am in charge of all digital material, printed material and the keeping the website updated.

To create a new website for us. Our old website was very outdated and we wanted a new one that dealers were happy to send clients to. The cabinet portion of the website lets customer pick out the style, wood species and color of any door we offer. It is awesome and we love it.

Our goals were to have a website that was modern, easy to navigate and made people visiting want to stay.

We researched their work and was impressed with it. After having a meeting with Adam and Todd we were sold. Great people to work with.

After our initial meeting we went to KC and went over what we would like with the team at lifted logic. We continued to correspond and have meetings til the project was done. They were very helpful with suggestions as well as listening to what we wanted.

We had a project manager, several designers and deveopers. Thye were all very easy to work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had a lot more visits to our web and our dealers customers across the US use the Style creator. It has been very helpful to our dealers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. we had meetings in KC when it was needed and communicated a lot with e-mail and phone conversations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of website design and development. They always listened to what we had to say and came up with ideas that were very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of any. We would recommend them to everyone.

As the marketing lead for Blue Valley's Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) program I have had the pleasure of woking with the Lifted Logic team for 4+ years. When we first approached Lifted Logic to develop a web platform for our growing network of experiential education programs, our vision was large and our budget was small. Their team was committed from day one to help us reach our goal. The web platform had features and functions that grew with our needs. The developed a web platform for a 60 member network. Each member program can create their own site specific to their local needs. There was also a content sharing feature operating behind the public-facing portion that allowed Network members to share content.

Our IT lead created a sort list of vendors. We conducted interviews and immediately hit it off with the Lifted Logic team. They were appreciative of our budget constraints and bent over backwards to get us where we wanted to be at a price that we could afford.

Once we selected Lifted Logic, they facilitated ideation sessions to help up identify and prioritize our objectives. From that point forward, the process went very smoothly. They delivered a fabulous product on time and on budget. I feel confident reaching out to my client service lead when I need enhancements and he always gets the job done.

As an educational institution, we do not regularly track traditional metrics. Suffice it to say that the Lifted Logic product has exceeded our wildest dreams.

We hired Lifted Logic for a full website build. It is an e-commerce website with about 700 products on it. We also had them help us with SEO, design, and content strategy. They also merged our two sites. One for the products and the other for our training. This was very successful.

To have a modern site that ran fast, was user friendly, and ranked well in SEO. We also had the goal of merging our site and creating a better customer experience.

We did a lot of online research, calls, reference checks, and meetings in person.

They took us through a comprehensive planning phase, including on-site meetings getting to know us and our company. We met with content and design strategists. Talked through challenges we were facing with project managers and developers. For any issue we had they had an expert ready to help us out. We continue to use their services for consulting, security, SEO, development, design, and more.

We worked with Adam their president. Todd their project manager. Emma and another high-level project manager. Becca on content strategy and SEO. Multiple developers including Aaron. Hannah their web-design strategist. I can list these people and their names because they provided genuine interaction and were memorable.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have seen instant results in sales, site speed, SEO, lowered bounce rates. Customers are spending more time on our pages and we are generating more traffic. On top of that, the feedback on the design and functionality has been fantastic.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were given the option of onsite meetings or over the phone/video. We often opted to drive the 2 hours because it felt worth it. Not to take away from video or phone. I just personally believe in personal interaction with people. They were always hospitable and productive. The meetings over the phone always went well. We are now using Zoom for things, and it has been efficient and productive. Lastly, their email responses were timely and worthwhile.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing is the people. Anyone can make a website. Anyone can sell you SEO or other things. They take the time to genuinely get to know you and your project. They care about how it comes out and that you get what you are asking for. They are also great about redirecting you or challenging ideas that they think might hurt your business. But, they are never pushy or condescending. I didn't know much about web before this and they provided me and others with a lot of free and helpful training.

There is little they need improvement on. And if you have an issue it is addressed immediately with harsh feelings. Great folks.

Before working with Lifted Logic, I had a WordPress template. Last may I had 1k users to my site. This past may I had over 16k. Changing the website has also helped me look more professional to other businesses when I reach out to work with them.

Lifted Logic did a great job of checking in with me each week throughout the process so I knew what was happening and when.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The overall experience was just great. It's not a super fast process, but they always say "Right not rushed," and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The content phase isn't much fun. They told me this before hand, but I didn't believe how labor intensive creating good website content would be. In the end it was worth it.

We were with an advertising company prior to Lifted Logic that didn't utilize SEO to the fullest. When we first talked with Lifted Logic, they educated us on the importance of SEO and what the expected results would be with a properly managed SEO program.

Our website was completely updated. We went from just a landing page to a website with information and real content. We educated Lifted Logic on Banking so they could use their resources and our resources to the fullest. We meet and continue to meet on a monthly basis to discuss contact and results.

We have been involved with several people at Lifted Logic. There are usually 4 to 5 people at each of our meetings. A project manager, the content writer, members of the video team as well as others to help implement whatever the target for the month is.

We are so excited with the results of the SEO and blog posts. We are seeing increased visits to our website as well as inquiries for deposits and loans and to receive our monthly newsletter. We are showing up really high web searches, which is a result of these combined efforts.

They are great communicators. We have been able to educate them on our business and they have taught us a lot about their business. We schedule monthly meetings and the meetings are informative and this allows us to quickly pivot focus of the blogs and social media marketing.

They are so knowledgeable and are quick to share their knowledge and expertise. They are the experts in the field. They are fun to work with and deliver results. They are accessible and respond quickly.
