How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mike and are apart of a couple of local business Facebook groups and I’ve seen his work over the years. We recently built his website and over this period of time I got to know him more and see more of his work.

Mike helped us out with great videos that we can use throughout the clients websites as well as social media.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a local electrician and the photos and videos that Mike produced for them blew them away!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos and photos he took for our clients went above and beyond anything that we thought would happen. He made the client incredibly happy.

Mike always has great communication with us. So much so that we trust him enough to have 1 on 1 conversations with our clients and trust him to deliver his side of the projects on time.

I am the owner/operator of a small, locally-owned Pest control company.

For what projects/services did your company hire LiFi Media Production, LLC, and what were your goals?

My goal was to have an eye-catching promotional video to allow potential clients to “get to know me” on the homepage of my website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was in contact with a few other local video production companies, but as soon as I came into contact with LiFi I knew that they were the obvious choice. I had no idea what I wanted to do or say in the video, but mine was able to steer me in the right direction. We came out with a video that has brought in new customers consistently throughout the year.

We began with a phone consultation, in which we discussed some potential ideas for the video. We each took a few days to brainstorm some ideas, and then did a second phone call prior to filming. We filmed the video in about 4 hours. Mike immediately got to work on editing the video and had a rough edit of the video that same night! From there, Mike was in communication about what I liked in the video, and what I wanted to change. We finalized the last details with a video conference and the video was fully completed in a short timeframe, approximately a week.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Mike. His communication was excellent and he did a wonderful job directing the project, while making sure my wants/needs were being kept as his top priority.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video helped me take my new business from 0 customers to over 500 in my first year. Without this video being at the forefront of my website, I am certain that the phone calls would not have came in as fast as they did!

Mike was a wonderful communicator and also helped coach me through “awkward” scenes (talking about myself and my business on camera… it was challenging!) I really can’t say enough good things about him and his company.

The most impressive thing was their responsiveness and the final product.

No areas of improvement needed. He is a true professional.

I’m the owner of J. Messina Stump Grinding & Crane Service in New Hampshire. We provide grinding and crane services to the surrounding areas. 

We have a stump grinding division that grinds tree stumps left behind from tree removal operations. We have three machines, and we do a tremendous amount of work for other tree services. Additionally, we do a lot of construction projects with our crane services.

What challenge were you trying to address with LiFi Media Production, LLC?

We were looking to get video exposure on social media as a marketing tool. We wanted a video that people could watch to get all the information about our company in one minute.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LiFi Media Production came out, shot a video of us grinding stumps, and then they edited it down to one minute. They used many different shots and added a voiceover that details our company, its professionalism, and our services.

They also made a video for our crane service. It was the same process — they came out for the day, took videos, short clips, and pictures, and edited it down.

What is the team composition?

I’ve only dealt with the owner. He has advised us through the whole process, sending us their ideas to get our feedback.

How did you come to work with LiFi Media Production, LLC?

The person who does our website referred them. It turned out that they were a couple of towns over, so it was very close. We reached out to them and set it all up. After hashing out some logistics, LiFI Media Production showed up and did exactly what they’d said they’d do.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $2,500–$3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We did the first video in June 2021, and the most recent one was in October. Our relationship is ongoing; they’ve even taken a few other projects for companies closely related to us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The final product came out great; the videos speak for themselves. It’s hard to say, but they’ve paid themselves 10 times over. Both videos are on our website, and we have a high success rate with our vetting and quotation processes. Moreover, we’ve had nothing but compliments from everybody who’s seen them.

How did LiFi Media Production, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Since it’s difficult to get a hold of me, our communication has been through email and text messages. We’ve gone back and forth texting and hashing out details until 10:00 p.m. so they can deliver appropriately. Overall, it’s been easy to work with them. When I have questions, I can call them, and they answer.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide very personal care, and it’s easy to deal with them on a personal level. I like dealing with local people because I know where to find them if something ever happens. Business hours and formalities are professional, but it’s great to reach somebody directly. Moreover, dealing with the owner makes it easier because I don’t have to deal with intermediaries.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything. They’ve taken care of everything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re going to shoot a job, make sure it’s the right job because their footage is only as good as what you’re providing. On the other hand, LiFi Media Production can make an ordinary day look exciting and sell with it. They handle all that; you don’t have to tell them what to do.

I was referred to Mike from a friend in the business. I interviewed him and he was professional and well spoken. I needed someone I could communicate my needs with very clearly.

Mike was tasked with shooting every inch of the truck, and crane, inside and out and taking video of it as well. Then he had to upload everything and create a marketing video of the footage he took.

Mike worked alone on this project.

I sold the truck in less than 24 hours from the time it hit the internet for a very substantial amount of money.

The weather could have cooperated a little bit better!
