During our partnership, Libre supported URBNSURF across a wide range of creative needs. This included development, rolling out and applying brand guidelines, designing and delivering major campaigns such as the opening of URBNSURF Sydney, and producing scalable templates for ongoing use. They also developed standout creative assets across digital, social, and print, ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.

They actively listened to our requirements and feedback, and their responses were prompt, constructive and tailored to our project goals.

The Libre team is an experienced bunch with diverse backgrounds that brought unique aspects to our project. They are entrepreneurs who have built and sold their own brands and products. They are adept at understanding and anticipating needs in brand development and positioning. For example, we needed to expand the branding across different product lines and they made the original design extensible to these additional markets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Libre Design & Digital could have done differently?

We had a smooth experience working with Libre on this project. They were not only engaged and timely but also created exceptional designs that perfectly matched our vision. Their patience was particularly evident when our team explored different avenues in the original design direction; they accommodated our requests while maintaining the project's integrity. 
One area for potential improvement could be in providing more detailed updates during the design phase, which would further enhance their already excellent client communication.

Libre Design developed a simple step by steps scope of work to help develop Downtown Oceanside brand. The first step was to create a community wide survey to give us input on how residents and partners view Downtown Oceanside. 

After the survey, we did a focus group that contained local leaders, community and business owners. Once the data was collected, our Design Committee and advisors gave final input to their vision for Oceanside. We had three rounds of logos, which were curated very well by Libre Design Team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Data collection was a tremendous overhaul as we promoted the process through social media, local publications and word of mouth. It resulted with over 2,000 surveys collected with definitive direction. The logo design phase of the project demonstrated patience and trust with Libre Design Team. 

They were able to listen to our concerns and input regarding the icons we directed them to change. They walked us through the process from start to finish and gave our stakeholders involved appreciation to the process of branding.

I am the Marketing Director at an Outdoor Gear brand.

Libre was brought on as a partner in 2019 for a rebrand project. Since then we have worked with them in a variety of projects including creative, digital marketing, web design, content creation, video production and social media marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We loved Libre's existing portfolio and felt they would be great creative partners in bringing new life and relevancy to our brand.

Most recently we worked on a new category launch campaign. Libre worked with our team to define goals and deliverables for the project. They then presented several creative direction offerings. Our team collaborated with Libre to refine campaign elements and graphic direction. We are thrilled with the campaign direction and feel we have a true partner in collaboration.

We have worked with several team members, including a digital project manager, creatives, the social team, a developer and leadership.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen huge gains with out investments in digital marketing campaigns. We are up 40% YOY on our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager does a wonderful job keeping track of project priorities and communication. He makes sure to be accessible and available for follow-up and/or further discussion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate the relationships we built with the Libre team. I feel we are mutually invested in each other's success and am grateful for all the support and expertise Libre provides.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Libre is a creative agency with a significant skillset in all things digital. As a small brand, my biggest challenge is prioritizing projects with a limited budget.

I'm the VP of marketing at Glorious, a Dallas-based company that designs and sells high-quality, aesthetically focused gaming hardware and accessories for enthusiasts and professional gamers at reasonable prices.

We needed help with SEO and paid media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Libre Design & Digital has completely redone our SEO, including the technical and backend aspects. The team has also advised us on content and navigational structure. Regarding paid media, they've handled all paid search and paid social for full-funnel marketing, from awareness to performance.

We work with Jeff (Founder & CEO), and key members of his team.  

How did you come to work with Libre Design & Digital?

We found Libre Design & Digital through a referral. The team's approach and process were straightforward, transparent, and honest. It didn't feel like there was a lot of extra padding, and the expected outcomes were well aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a significant improvement in SEO, with rankings jumping up the charts. We've even been able to maintain our organic rankings while spending less on paid media. On the paid side, our ROAS has been incredible, and we've seen direct attribution for acquiring new customers via our brand and awareness campaigns.

Libre Design & Digital's project management has been excellent. The team is very professional and timely, making them easy to work with. Our primary forms of communication are weekly meetings, email, and Slack.
