I am the owner of Extreme Graphics. We are a graphic printing, sign and custom display company servicing local and national markets for 25 years.

We hired Libra Web to improve our website's (last update 2016) end user experience, functionality and presentation. One of our challenges is that we showcase a lot of products with images -- how could we organize them in a fashion that was readily accessible, but did not weigh down the site's load times.

How did you select Libra Web and Marketing Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

We choose Libra Web because of their initial introduction and followup. They were consistently professional, approachable and excited about what they do.

We had initial meetings reviewing, outlining and sharing ideas about solutions, functionality and look/feel of the new website. Once the the theme was set, Libra Web went to work on the structure and I organized /forwarded the data/images. From here, we continued to collaborate via email until the project was completed.

I worked with one member of Libra Web (the owner) through the entire project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They kept us up-to-date with documentation. Since the website update, our website and Google traffic has improved significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team was able to collaborate very effectively with Libra Web through email and phone calls. I believe this is one of the reasons why our website was updated in a very timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They responded quickly and remained accessible in the project.

In my search for looking for someone to hire to build my website, Libra web and marketing solutions stood out from the rest. from the initial contact the communication was spot on. Dustin was ready to go from the start and he explained everything.

Once we got started he was able to get working on the design of the site and he was able to show me the initial setup. The design was awesome. He explained to me the process of changing things to my liking and if I wanted to add anything.
