I’m the owner of EA Home Design. We’re a remodeling company working in northern Virginia.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lianna Marketing?

They handle all of our advertising and branding, including Google, Facebook, and other platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide comprehensive lead generation services, helping us get in front of customers wherever they are. From social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)  and magazines (Forbes, Bloomberg, etc.) — nothing is left out.

In terms of tangible deliverables, Lianna Marketing has worked with us to create our logo, name, and color schemes. They also introduced us to someone who designed our business cards.

Other services have included SEO, occasional email marketing, and newsletter creation. Currently, we’re working with them to introduce ads to TV.

What is the team composition?

I mostly work with Feras (Founder). He’s my point of contact. There’s a big group doing SEO on the backend, but I’ve worked directly with Feras from the beginning.

How did you come to work with Lianna Marketing?

I found them on Freelancer and saw they had a good account and nice website.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

You should be patient with marketing. After a large iOS update one year ago, we were patient with Lianna Marketing and they found a way to turn our whole lead generation system around for us. At end of the day, they always find a way to give you the best possible results.

How did Lianna Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really good. We’re super busy so we only have 1–2 meetings every month. They manage the rest of the work by themselves. Communication happens over Slack, email, Skype, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They think differently from their competitors. Other companies only do Facebook and Google marketing, but Lianna connects everything to give you the best results: social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing — all of them.

Their team unites everything. With new marketing, you have to attack from lots of locations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For the first two months, they only gave us a small number of leads, and they weren’t qualified for us. Since then, we’ve had lots of good leads; they’ve changed our entire company, taking us from nothing to being a multi-million-dollar organization.

My advice is to be patient. If most companies don’t get results in two months, then they’ll cancel the contract, but marketing needs research. I highly recommend being patient and trusting Lianna Marketing.

I get most of my referrals thanks to Lianna Marketing’s work. Also, their team always understands what I want, so I’m delighted with their work.

They’re great at project management. In terms of communication, we use email, Zoom meetings, and phone calls. Also, their customer service is the best, which is important for me.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — to me, they’re perfect, and everything’s good.

We selected them from a short list recommended to us by a third party.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We hit breakeven within 5 months and have profitability on 3 platforms/marketplaces.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was very simple with daily check ins and biweekly telephone calls

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The owner is very patient in explaining proposed courses of action and realistic in the risk assessments.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The vendor should create a dashboard showing ROAS at all stages of the project.
