During our consultation, Alexandros alerted me to the possibility that Amazon may have mistakenly charged us VAT on seller fees before we were VAT registered—a detail that had completely escaped my notice as an Amazon seller. Our website is now fully optimized and customers are able to buy gloabally. We are in the process of sending out our first inventory to Amazon FBA in UK and launching on the platform. Our Kickstarter campaign was successfully and we raised the funders we wanted. The Lezzat team has helped us a lot throughout our engagement with them and every step of the way for the different projects our product needed to be market ready.

We have never had an issue with deadlines with Lezzat. They have always delivered on time and with exceptional communication standards. It feels that we have a partner that believes in our brand and helps us achieve our goals. Even when moments were difficult they helped us overcome the hurdles. Lezzat has been delivering on their promises and we couldn't be happier with working with them

We have regular contact with several team members. They use Asana for project management, but we always meet on Google Meet.

It’s quite early in the process, but we are starting to see sales. Based on the app, we've sold 79 units so far. Despite the hassle with Amazon over getting all of our five products listed successfully, Alex has remained calm and professional, minimizing my stress level. Furthermore, there is an excellent match and consistency between the infographic work done by our designers and their designers. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their work — they couldn't have done a better job.

Lezzat were selected via Upwork. Their feedback was excellent and the rates were reasonable. It was also a one stop shop to help me launch my brand.

Product research for Amazon. Lezzat delivered a detailed audit report on products of interest via Microsoft OneDrive. Our selections were then made and orders placed. Shipping recommendations. Shipping from China to FBA is complicated, may labels and protocols to follow. Lezzat made sure every detail was taken care of.

Amazon listing. Lezzat are very particular about the quality score of listings. It has to be detailed, honest and unique. Photography. The photography aspect was much more complicated and involved than I thought. Lezzat have the resources to coordinate a complicated shoot with models and venues. PPC. This has yet to be delivered as we are pre launch at time of writing.

We are currently pre launch. However I'm confident the quality of work done to date will bring us the results we are looking for.

We share information on Microsoft OneDrive. Everything about the project is stored there. This is a great and simple way for both parties to be able to access the same material and make the necessary alterations and checks as we go. A very organised and methodical approach.

The extent of knowledge, Lezzat know every detail about my project. There are many aspects to FBA and Lezzat has the knowledge base to deal with all of them. They are very responsive and generous with their time.

I’m the senior national account manager of PÄRLA Toothpaste Tablets. We are based within the UK.

As a young company, we didn't know much about setting up a business front for selling our products on Amazon. We found the whole process quite complex and intimidating, so we outsourced that work and had Lezzat help us set up our Amazon sale page.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alex (Founder) came on as a consultant and helped us throughout the process. Right now, he helps manage that account for us. They helped with setting up three individual SKUs and setting up our Amazon storefront. They also manage the inventory and the shipments that go directly to Amazon. They do all of the backend work, listing optimization, and they manage our A-plus content and our campaigns that we run through an Amazon campaign manager. They manage our ad spend on the Amazon account and optimize it.

He works on the returns from customers and the administrative work of getting our brand registered on Amazon. He's also helping us with an international expansion into European markets. Alex will manage the expansion that will enable us to send our stock to Germany and then distribute it to European countries via Amazon Prime.

Overall, anything that has to do with Amazon is managed by Alex. Any problems with unfulfillable stock or incoming shipments that are lost are all handled by Alex.

I only have direct contact with Alex. I know that they've recently done a big expansion, and they’ve brought a studio on board to do photography, as well. However, I assume that a team is working with him because it's a lot of work for one person, and he does it all fantastically.

We expressed interest to our UK-based marketing agency that we wanted to launch on Amazon and they fuel our performance ads and all of our creatives. They highly recommended Lezzat and put us in contact.

Our marketing agency pays Lezzat out of our retainer, so I don’t know how much we’ve spent. The total cost is under $10,000.

We started working together in December 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We sell thousands of units a month, which was completely unexpected for us going into Amazon. We found that the uptake of our products on Amazon has been amazing, and I fully attribute that to Alex's listing optimization that he's done. We took a lot of guidance from him on imagery, wording, product descriptions, and A-plus content. Alex is an expert, and he teaches me day by day.

Our evidence would be that we are selling a ridiculous amount of units when originally we thought that we would sell maybe 10 units a week —it's just been absolutely crazy, which is fantastic.

For the campaigns Alex is running on our behalf, we're consistently in the number one spot and we're also the highest-reviewed product within our subcategory of toothpaste. We come up as the first product when using any of our search terms, which is great for us because there are a lot of competitors on Amazon that we could have easily been lost amongst. 

Alex does a great job of getting reviews from the customers who have received their orders. In terms of our ad spend, we have a fantastic ROAS (return on ad spend) of anywhere between 7%–15%, which means that we're really getting our money back based on investment into those ads. 

How did Lezzat - Amazon Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Alex is absolutely fantastic in terms of communication and project management. He's always available to us by email or phone if we need him, but I 100% prefer communicating through email. Alex is incredibly responsive no matter what I need. He gets things done behind the scenes and comes back to me with a solution for the problems we have.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by the results-driven aspect of the collaboration. The first time around, Alex just got everything absolutely spot on; he understood the brand and our mission. He worked really hard to understand the market, despite not having worked with a toothpaste tablet brand, which is a bit niche. He did his research, and it came across.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To be perfectly honest, there is absolutely nothing they could improve. We’ve been thrilled with the results because we didn't expect it to be as great as it has been. I don't think there's anything that Alex could have done better — their work has been absolutely brilliant, and it's hard for me to say that they should do anything differently because they've made my job a lot easier.

Any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to go for it. It's really important to make sure Lezzat understands your brand. Once I provided Alex with all of the tools and info of my brand, he absolutely got it. Have faith and let them crack on with it because the results will be fantastic.

On our launch we sold out 80% of our stock on day one. We have been able to grow our online business, establish better relationship with our suppliers as we purchase large volumes of goods from them now. We are also selling in countries in the EU that we had not a footprint in the past before.
