Leo9 developed a new template-based Website using Wordpress and E-commerce platform using WooCommerce to automate an online sponsorship process. They designed the UI/UX with the guidance of our graphic design and branding guidelines. Furthermore, they build a CMS that would make it easier for non-developers in our organization to make changes to the site without needing a costly developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the pages we need to be editable were enabled in the CMS. The online sponsorship flow, including the checkout, payment, refund and renewals all worked after rigorous testing. All bugs have been eliminated. The site seems to be performing well since launch.

LEO9 assigned a project manager who was great at following up, and understanding issues and concerns that come up on our end and communicating that to the design/development team in India. No major issue was outstanding longer than acceptable. They also used tools for us to easily provide feedback and track their updates and responses.
