I am the CTO and Co-owner/founder of Irootfor AB. We run a brand called X-Gamer where we develop powder based energy drinks for Gamers.

We found Lemonade Studios through Upwork. After reviewing several different service providers, we were most satisfied with Lemonade.

We have an ongoing cooperation where we develop and design products together with lemonade Studios. Till today we've designed and produced over +80 different SKUs.

We have worked with 3 different persons, one which Is mainly a 2D designer, the other for 3D and last for project management.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cooperation we currently have Is till very successful. Our day to day business with them has led to many finalized projects. Everything ranging from Product design, logos, videos and web design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The contact person who were working with was very easy to reach and communicate with. He has a great understanding of needs and requierments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've worked over 10 years to develop brands and products. I have never come across this good experience, both in service and quality. They've absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe they have a very good skillset in their company that they can use to upsell some of their other services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lemonade Studio?

Lemonade Studio was hired to develop a website and produce videos that we could use for marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lemonade Studio built a new website from scratch. Then, we collaborated on the design and content of the platform. The main function that we wanted to have was the configurator which would help our end customers view our products and offers. The team worked on making our platform user-friendly.

On top of that, the team created videos that we could market on social media platforms. They created some movies and some of them were featured on the website. As for the content of the films, we gave them the information they needed. They were in charge of conceptualization, recording, and editing. We don’t have video projects at the moment, but Lemonade Studio continues to maintain and fix issues on our site.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with three people including the project manager. However, I’m not sure how many are really involved in this project.

We knew Lemonade Studio before, and they were recommended to us on this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2016, and we continue to collaborate. We’ve been working with them for five years. However, at the moment, we don’t have any active projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lemonade Studio has produced very good videos, and we’ve been satisfied with their results. We’ve also been pleased that they integrated all our feedback in order to make our videos better. In addition, we’re impressed with their ideas and the solutions that they’ve provided throughout the engagement. We’re confident that if we’re going to have another video project, we’ll reach out to their team again.

How did Lemonade Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

The Lemonade Studio team has been very efficient, and they stay in touch with the client to keep them updated. We use project management tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, and we also communicate through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t compare Lemonade Studio to their competitors because I haven’t worked with any. Despite that, I’m thrilled that they know the answer to each of my questions, and they always find ways to solve our issues. Overall, they’ve met our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think they have any areas to improve since I’m pleased with their work and services. They’re smart, professional, and passionate about what they do.

Trust them and be open to their ideas.

Actually I observed their work since something time - in especially their movies. Until later I checked offer and I found things which I needed (Web development & Visual Identfication).

We created a new website only for image puropses, but our clients noticed huge different right away. And We started to take orders directly from website - like never earlier.

We had contact almost all the time. Any ideas/correct been introduced quickly.

The most impressive thing in Lemonade Studio is that many things I couldn't to explain. They knew what I wanted to say even before I tell them.

I don't think so. Everything works excellent.

We had to find a vendor to develop two websites for our gliding and propeller projects as well as to produce high quality videos for the social media, complemented by virtual animations and presentations for the upcoming products. Lemonade Studio in a very comprehensive and professional way had delivered all the items we anticipated and much more.

A project manager was our main point of contact, we also worked with an art director closely.

We are more than happy interfering with Lemonade and hope to work together on future projects as well. With their help we were able to build our awareness among our target group, generate traffic and interest in our products as well as increase the conversion rate significantly.

Choosing, or rather finding Lemonade Studio in such a huge market, was not an easy task. However, after the first talks, with their visionary and creative approach, they will shine a light in our tunnel, which we have decided not to give up

It seems to me that the most difficult task in the whole project was creating the logotype. As a later user, we put a lot of emphasis on this point of the project so that it finally meets our requirements. The colors were established from the very beginning, we clearly defined our requirements, and the Lemonade team responded to our suggestions at lightning speed.

Finally, the light and minimalist Scandinavian style, combined with the modernity and creativity of the Lemonade Studio team, exceeded our wildest expectations.

A total of 5 people cooperated with me, including the project manager and designers, copywriters, etc..

The greatest success of our cooperation is that we have a lot of interest and a lot of questions from potential clients from Poland, despite the fact that we are still working in Scandinavia

First of all people, each of them is an element without which the team would not be themselves, would not be complete. Each member of the company has an extraordinary and individual knowledge and approach in the field of image creation and website design, thanks to which their projects are unique.
