We had a retainer that included a wide array of services. On a monthly basis this included things like link building, content optimization, content recommendations, and bi-weekly consulting calls. While re-occuring less frequently we had technical audits, tests, and more.

We saw increases in the performance of the keywords that we targeted, and we completed the relaunch of our website in a very smooth way.

Great project management and responsiveness throughout the project. They always delivered what we agreed upon each month and made us feel very confident that our SEO was in safe hands.

The SEO expertise they have is second to none. No matter what challenge or issue we faced, they were able to answer with authority.

Overall working with them was amazing and we have no complaints. However it was a challenge to measure results in relation to the KPIs that we use on Hubspot - specifically MQLs vs SQLs etc. This made it a bit more difficult when it came to the end of year report.

Two. We dealt with Alex (SEO Account Exec) who was our main point of contact day-to-day. But Gideon (CEO) was also super involved and we was involved with regular catch-ups and making sure projects stayed on track etc. They were both great to work with - super friendly and on the ball work-wise.

• They helped implement best practice SEO across our site.
• The team helped us rank for a number of super relevant keywords.

Within the space of six months the team helped us rank on page one of Google search rankings for two terms that we hadn't previously been ranking well for (one not at all and the other we were originally ranking at around #30). Excellent result!

They really know their technical stuff but are also great at explaining the ins and outs of what they are doing and why to those who aren't as clued up about SEO - which me and the wider team really appreciated. We learnt a lot. We also really enjoyed working with the team at Lemon Pulse. They were friendly and efficient, and they helped us achieve great results which is what we were after!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. We could've always seen more of Donny the cat on our weekly call though ;)

Our company installs renewable energy heating systems, primarily ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps. We also undertake other aspects of heating system installations in domestic and commercial properties.

I’m really happy with everything so far. Their advice so far has been pretty good in terms of what to do and not do, so we’re quite pleased.

We communicate via email and telephone. Their team is very responsive and professional. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. When I contact them, they’re quick to get back to me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part is how quick they’ve been with anything I need, resolving issues or changes immediately. If I need any amendments to the website, or if there is a problem with an email, they are very quick at fixing it all.

No, there’s nothing at the moment.

If anyone is looking for a decent SEO and IT company to handle everything, I’d recommend using Lemon Pulse Ltd — they’re very good.
