I think our communication process improved over time. I think we learned as we worked

I’m the head of software at Luthmore. We provide a zero-emission alternative to traditional gas combi boilers, offering environmentally friendly heating solutions for homes.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Lemberg Solutions to accomplish for your zero-emission heating product?

We needed help developing firmware for the battery management system (BMS) and charger of our electric boiler, and our Mobile App.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lemberg Solutions has developed functioning firmware for our BMS controller and battery charger. The team has also created a continuous integration (CI) pipeline and high-level documentation. Lemberg Solutions has handled the entire firmware development process based on the functional specifications we provided. We’ve also given them the hardware (PCBs) and some development kits to enable them.

In addition to the firmware development, Lemberg Solutions has created a Flutter iOS and Android app for our customers and help us publish these into the App Stores.

Lemberg Solutions has delivered a stable, well-functioning BMS and charger. The team has also created a Flutter iOS and Android app for us.

We’ve structured the project into functional milestones, which have allowed us to iteratively deliver various features. Everything has progressed as planned. Whenever we’ve agreed on a deadline, Lemberg Solutions has met it.

We’ve communicated with Lemberg Solutions through virtual meetings, and emails or Slack. An in-person meeting with our account manager helped get to know them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Lemberg Solutions’ ability to turn high-level product requirements into software without needing much support from us is impressive.

I can’t think of anything for Lemberg Solutions to improve.
