Combining biology, engineering, and computer science, CELLINK is furthering the evolution of technologies for creating bioprinted human organs and tissues.   The challenge Scaling their business at a brisk pace, CELLINK wanted to find a reliable tech partner with solid experience in the development of IoT systems who could provide experts in С++, Qt, Embedded Linux, Marlin, MQTT, and Flutter. Aside from fixing bugs and refactoring code, we contribute to developing new features allowing for more convenient 3D modeling of human organs. ### BMS For Global Car Manufacturer Short description  A Battery Management System (BMS) with integrated state-of-the-art algorithms for improved SoC and SoH parameter measurements.   Challenge We aimed to build an advanced BMS with improved accuracy of SoC and SoH algorithms and ASIL-D features for hybrid electric vehicles and electric vehicles with a team experienced in AUTOSAR development. The scope of work covered such safety features as Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Temperature Protection, Short Circuit Detection, Cell Balancing, CAN Communication, and Faults Handling.    Delivered value  Lemberg Solutions’ data science team developed enhanced SoC and SoH algorithms that suited the requirements of high-reliability automotive applications. The improved algorithms use data from such sensors as temperature, current, battery chemistry, and capacity — thus enabling 96–98% SoC algorithm accuracy. Our algorithms ensure correct driving range determination, prolong battery pack lifespan, and reduce the risk of fire incidents.   ### Electronic nurse device MVP development About the client TCC, founded by former medicine professionals, provides a state-of-the-art remote intensive care unit (ICU) solution for German hospitals to improve healthcare quality and reduce the load on intensive care specialists. The challenge TCC needed an electronic nurse device MVP to prove their product's value to stakeholders. They were searching for a company that would undertake enclosure and firmware development and make a working prototype, which TCC could demonstrate to stakeholders. Delivered value We created an electronic nurse medical tablet prototype for TCC. The device was designed to measure patients' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, and respiratory rate) and automatically generate a therapy and meal plan. Users can already use a prototype with voice control. ### Website development for Carbonstack GmbH About the client CarbonStack GmbH is a sustainability start-up dedicated to accelerating the transformation of companies towards a net-positive state by developing local afforestation projects.  The challenge  CarbonStack engages with a varied set of customers throughout the value chain of carbon credits ranging from greenhouse gas emitters to forest owners. Combined with a set of deep-tech solutions for offering transparent carbon offsets, this results in a complex topic for new companies to understand quickly. As such, CarbonStack aimed to create a hub for new and experienced companies to fully understand the technologies and solutions involved and a collective info hub for carbon compensation. This hub took the form of a new website for the company displaying fundamental technological information and highlighting previous case studies. Delivered value  The LS team headed the creation of a React-based landing page with the requested features including both animations and linkages between the pages. Furthermore, asset management was taken care of. Our developers also created a modular setup for easy updates of the website in the future. ### Embedded Development for Motorized Camera Sliders About the client Rhino is a Seattle-based company producing motorized camera sliders and rigs to facilitate and enhance run & gun filmmaking and time-lapse creation. Their easy-to-use devices are making film production faster and more comfortable.   The challenge Having already developed a function to set up two keyframes for a shoot, Rhino broke new ground and added support for more keyframes to their devices. However, updated firmware impeded the smooth running of their iOS app. They needed a technical partner who would cover their need for new PCBs and enable stable app performance.   Delivered value Lemberg Solutions helped Rhino with PCB design and assembly of new boards. Our engineers also contributed to the board bring-up and fixed the connection between Rhino’s app and new firmware.  ### A fleet intelligence dashboard for a Safety-aaS About the client Peregrine.ai is a German company that creates AI-powered software to improve safety on the road. Their dash cams for traffic video analytics allow fleet managers to examine the fleet's status in real time and conduct an accurate risk assessment to reduce the number of accidents in the future. The challenge Peregrine.ai needed to display their fleet statistics and event reports in a user-friendly way, so they looked for a tech vendor with a strong knowledge of Go that would undertake front- and back-end development and create an intuitive dashboard. Delivered value The LS team created a fleet statistics dashboard from scratch and optimized the graphics for risk events registered by intelligent dash cams. We developed a REST API for the dashboard, using the client's database and a GraphQL interface as backend for frontend. Also, our web developers implemented a feature for highlighting specific video events for Peregrine.ai admins. ### Monda Magazin About the client Monda Magazin is a digital publishing company that empowers women through thought-provoking content. They offer an effective antidote to the typical gender bias in the German digital publishing industry and serve as a contact point for women with sharp minds and ambitious goals.  The challenge Monda had been running their website on WordPress, but the platform had stopped being flexible enough to satisfy their editorial team’s growing needs. They wanted to migrate to a more convenient content management system (CMS). In particular, they wanted to extend their basic publishing functionality, add flexible ad management tools, and build a smart content recommendation system powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.  Delivered value Monda relied on Lemberg’s technical skills and consultancy. The challenge Our client was looking for a mobile app to automate quality control of Doppel devices on the production line. The vision of HorseAnalytics is to accompany horses at all times and to improve their well-being and their health by using mobile apps, sensors and integrated data analysis. The challenge The product owner came to us with an idea to monitor horse activity 24/7 including exercise, sleep and behavior and to translate all of this into meaningful data for the user. We realized that the cornerstone of this project would be a Machine Learning algorithm that detects various horse activities. With this in mind, we designed the proper solution architecture and suggested a plan of action that will help ensure a successful delivery.
