Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setting for Influencer Marketing Agency

New business depended on referrals and on whenever our team had time to prospect. We needed a steady flow of conversations with brand-side decision makers, mainly at e-commerce companies, without building and managing an outbound operation ourselves. We'd also been wary of lead-gen agencies that fill calendars with meetings that go nowhere.
LeadScorer ran our outbound end to end, up to the point a qualified meeting landed in our calendar:

• Discovery and qualification: they worked with us to define our ideal client profile (e-commerce first, then secondary segments), the decision makers we wanted to meet, and a written definition of what counts as a qualified meeting before any outreach started.

Over more than 10 months, LeadScorer booked 45+ qualified sales meetings for us, averaging roughly four to five a month, and those conversations have led to $80K+ in closed revenue so far. Beyond the numbers, the meetings were consistently with the right decision makers at e-commerce brands that had a real need and budget, which meant our team spent its time on genuine opportunities rather than filtering out poor fits.
Outbound also became a steady, predictable source of pipeline instead of something that only happened when we had time to prospect.

LeadScorer's project management was excellent from start to finish. Every deliverable arrived on time, from the initial setup and qualification framework through to campaign launch and ongoing reporting. What impressed us most was their focus on lead quality over volume. Before any outreach began, they worked with us to define exactly what a qualified meeting looked like, covering the right company, the right decision maker, a real need, genuine intent to talk and the right commercial fit.
They held themselves to that standard throughout, so the meetings we got were with people worth talking to rather than just names to fill a calendar. That's rare among lead-gen agencies, and it's the main reason the engagement turned into real revenue for us. 
They also felt like an extension of our team. They understood our e-commerce focus, wrote messaging that sounded like us, and kept refining campaigns based on our feedback instead of just sending more emails.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LeadScorer could have done differently?

Honestly, not much. LeadScorer delivered on everything we agreed and the results speak for themselves. If anything, we'd have liked to start working with them sooner.
