Scope

The main goal of campaigns and marketing activities is to acquire new customers, increase sales and increase the average order value.

A strategy was prepared for these goals, which includes several types of campaigns focused on performance, but also on building brand awareness. The campaigns are running in several advertising systems.

The cooperation also includes planning photo shoots and shooting content for social networks, managing social network accounts, communicating with fans, responding to comments and messages, and overall community management.

One of the other tasks is to recommend modifications and improvements for the e-shop website with the aim of maximizing the user experience, obtaining new orders, improving cart flow, etc.

Campaigns for current discount events and new products are regularly added to long-term running campaigns.

Posts on social networks are regularly boosted to ensure greater reach and engagement.

Furthermore, PR activities in the media were ensured, as well as cooperation with influencers, where the selection of suitable influencers was completely prepared and the conditions of cooperation, control and reporting of results were then set with them.

The cooperation includes regular reporting on a monthly basis.

During the pandemic in 2020, the number of donors dropped to low numbers. It was necessary to restart the campaign with a sustaining element. The company created a new campaign to drive up demand and ensure sufficient bookings. The aim of the new campaign was therefore to return to the original level and fill capacity of plasma donors.

For a premium gin brand, we created original social media content, tailored to the needs of the brand and its fans in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the communication we reflected the brand story, the specifics of the production of this gin and the unusual ingredients from Japan. 

By involving an ambassador, we brought the proper presentation of the gin and its preparation closer to ordinary consumers. Through communication and influencer campaigns, we were able to increase brand awareness to the level of major premium gins in just one year and increase sales by 372%.

Agency works with the brand in accordance with the global requirements for compliance with the set communication pillars. The creation of local content is always absolutely in line with the global direction of the brand. Adherence to the brand's tonality and image on social media are commonplace and the associated creative content that easily adapts to the demanding requirements of our company. 

When creating content on social media, it is also a matter of course that the agency adheres to the seasonality that is typical of Roku gin due to the ingredients it contains. We must not forget to mention the perfect pro-client approach and that building brand awareness always comes first and achieving its goals with great content.
