The main goal of the campaign was to inform the target group about the Letnian project and the BYX program, to get leads on prospective buyers, to bring more potential clients to the website and to show them the benefits of the project and BYX financing. At the same time, the goal was to build awareness of the BYX brand for future development projects.

Prior to LCG New Media taking over the campaigns, the project was promoted through banner campaigns and campaigns on Google and Seznam.

Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts were created, but posts were published minimally and campaigns were not fully utilized. A YouTube account was also created.

In this setup, the campaigns were generating approximately 10 leads per month.

After implementing the changes and new strategy, the CPA per lead dropped by 95%. At the same time, we were able to generate leads at a time when the real estate sales market was at 0 (late 2022 and early 2023).

All of the set goals for leads, impressions, and visits were met over schedule due to a properly set strategy.

In the campaigns and banners, we focused primarily on communicating the main selling points and added value of the project.

For the first year of cooperation, we have recorded the following results:

The main goal of campaigns and marketing activities is to acquire new customers, increase sales and increase the average order value.

A strategy was prepared for these goals, which includes several types of campaigns focused on performance, but also on building brand awareness. The campaigns are running in several advertising systems.

The cooperation also includes planning photo shoots and shooting content for social networks, managing social network accounts, communicating with fans, responding to comments and messages, and overall community management.

One of the other tasks is to recommend modifications and improvements for the e-shop website with the aim of maximizing the user experience, obtaining new orders, improving cart flow, etc.

Campaigns for current discount events and new products are regularly added to long-term running campaigns.
