When we initially started, there was another person focused on the flow, design, and colours in the app. Virti (Senior Web Developer), regularly explained back and fronted flow and concepts to me so that I understood what's going on, he also made sure things worked properly.

Within 2 months of soft launch (no marketing), we have reached 100 users enquiry by visiting our website.

What’s more is that they tailor this specialised training to cater to particular team deficiencies that we have on our side. There is a great integration experience there.

I don’t have very IT Background Technical Skills, but I’ve had no qualms at all about the work they performed.

For the web development project we worked with a lot of people from their team. The team was managed by a project manager and his team included web developers, web designer, QA Engineers.

The new website is incredible! Our site’s engagement went upto 50%. The user interface , design, and performance is commendable. Our manual work that was initially done by our teams has reduced a lot.Our subscribers are also increasing lately a lot after the launch of the website which has increased our profit immensely.

Lathiya Solutions was extremely flexible in terms of their project management style. We used common tools like trello, skype , google meet etc. to communicate our ideas and for further discussion and finalisation of the website.They were extremely friendly and helpful and they adhered to all the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing that I have noticed was user research. They always conducted meetings to update us on their development and they took note of our suggestions and added it while developing the website. They were proactive throughout the journey on web development. It became a huge success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When the website came into reality it was beyond my expectations.
