L'Atelier Growth handles two main areas for our premium equestrian e-commerce business in Saudi Arabia: paid media and blog strategy. Scope of work: •⁠ ⁠Paid media management on Google Ads and Meta Ads: full campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and budget management for the Saudi market •⁠ ⁠Blog strategy and management: SEO-driven content strategy, article production, and ongoing management of our blog Key deliverables: •⁠ ⁠Google Ads campaigns (Search + Shopping) and Meta shopping campaigns, set up and optimized on an ongoing basis •⁠ ⁠Weekly and monthly performance reports with clear numbers and recommendations •⁠ ⁠An SEO content strategy for our blog, with articles planned, written, and published regularly

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On the paid media side, our online revenue grew +85% year over year (from about $100k to $187k for the same period, January to July), with +50% more orders and more than double the website sessions, while overall advertising efficiency stayed around 5x return on spend. On the SEO side, our search visibility roughly doubled versus the previous year: search impressions are about 2x what they were the summer before, we now rank in Google's top 10 for over 600 non-branded keywords, and the blog they built and manage drives the majority of our search impressions.

Their project management has been excellent. Roy is very hands-on and consistently follows up on everything to make sure tasks keep moving forward. He is professional, responsive, and resourceful whenever we need support or a solution. Communication is clear, and our needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

At this stage, we don’t have any specific areas for improvement. We are very satisfied with the way they work and with the level of support and communication we receive.
